horrible customer service! I waited 30 minutes after the store opened for this location to open. when the employee showed up she told me she was late because she was at McDonalds. Then 2 months after I bought my phone the touch screen would not respond to any touching. There was no damage to the phone and when I brought it to her she told me that I would need to buy another phone there is nothing she could do about it. I went to the MetroPCS in south saint paul and they replaced my phone and they were very helpful. Stay away from this store the woman there does not care about customers one bit!
