Cydney & Kyle are AWESOME!! On Tuesday May 10 I stopped in to ask a few questions about the Cloud and my Motorola Droid Turbo 2. I was assisted be two very polite and considerate employees: Cydney and Kyle. They explained to me how to delete photos and other things off of my cloud that I did not need. I did not feel rush, like they wanted to get rid of me. Their helpfulness was greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend them because of their their knowledge. Had a GREAT experience today! I was ready to throw my phone against a wall before I finally took it in to get looked at by the experts. Dylan spent 3 hours fixing it-no EXAGGERATION! He tried everything possible and refused to give up until it was completed 100%. I came in ready to just upgrade and forget it but after they took their time and fixed the phone the right way, I get to enjoy my low bill a little longer! I cant thank this store enough. Ask for Dylan the next time you have an Android problem!

Our family needed 3 new phones. Zak started out with 2, very patient with us transferring all info from 1 to another. I must mention too, Im not very good at remembering passwords either. Scott was super great wrapping it up with the transfer of the last phone that had the most problems. All the staff are always wonderful and patient. Cant thank them enough for their help.

Thank goodness for this Verizon store! After a few days of unsuccessful and very frustrating attempts at resetting my familys phones, Jordan was a great listener and came to my rescue. The managers and staff alike have been very helpful in giving great customer service as my family has transitioned from a former carrier to Verizon. Thank you!

I appreciate that they are a small business and not a corporate space. My husband and I had a great experience here, the staff was really helpful and answered all of our questions. We even had to order in our phones and I was impressed by how quickly they arrived.

Not very impressed with our salesman. Didnt seem to know the phones very well and was dishonest about our current data usage and the start up fee. He also dropped our new phone while taking it out of the packaging.
