My good phones been having trouble. Went there to have them take a look and the girl gave me a plastic adapter for my Sim to use with my back up phone. Thanks. I just needed to make sure the phone would work, but she eagerly wanted to help the next customer before I moved my phone and parts. Thats a little rude. Especially considering I was waiting and you made me wait an extra minute to close stuff and that guy had just walked in. Maybe I didnt spend money that visit for you, but I do spend money for T-Mobile. Service should be better.

In the heart of Midway Saint Paul, where all walks of life roam. This location could use more diversity in their managerial positions. Too many white males running around the place, however their sales associates, are very knowledgeable and capable of doing the work of these associate managers are standing around doing. As a customer, if your manager is going to be pretentious or arrogant at least hire a female or a person of color.

The employees there are very unprofessional,rude,and have bad communication skills. I was in minnesota on a visit from chicago to pay my phonebill. wish was $50 and $8 for the insurance which all together was $58.00 and tax. The guy who assist me didnt add my insurance and a couple days later my phone was stolen and im unable to process my claim and get another phone due to the lack of attention. Very poor seervice

Worst t mobile in the twins city. Called about an adaptive fast charging wall charger for a galaxy. The guy Matt didnt know what I was talking about so threw me on hold for five minutes. I hung up and called again. He picks up again, I tried to explain again but it was like talking to a wall. More stories I can share but save yourself some time and just go to a different store.

Conned my disabled mother. Sold her a combination of two plans they had. Took a afternoon to fix through tmobile corp. Manager threatened to throw us out rather then help us. Avoid at all costs. Update. Hotspot worked for a couple days and then crapped out. Called in and tmobile told her that she isnt on plan we switched her too. Tmobile worst company in America.

This place is awful. Every T-Mobile store is different but this one is the worst. Tried to charge me $25 to replace a defective sim card i bought about 30 days ago. Went to a different T-Mobile location and got it swapped for free. I have never had to pay for a replacement sim on a postpaid line and will not be going back to this store.

Scammers! A Russian dude charged tons of stuff to my account telling me it was a free promotion. When I found out and came back, the manager lady was so rude, didnt apologize once, and even made me take the screen protector off to return it just to throw it in the trash

I stopped here on the odd off chance of getting a new phone on my plan. They informed me they could get me a phone for free and did. A J7, and had great customer service. I will continue going back to this T-Mobile for as long as Ill have it. Thanks a lot guys:)
