Horrible experience, i went in to fix my iphone "cracked screen", when i arrived i was told they use real apple part products in the screen replacement process. After waiting an hour, i am presented with my iphone from batteries plus. as i inspect their work, i noticed my touch screen is no longer working and my home button was new. I question the employee I ask "what type of product did you use, is it the same materials as apple uses or is it a generic type of product you used?" his response was "its compatible" . which if you buy products there is typically a real and authentic version, and then a lesser cheaper version. aka Knock off or "generic". very disappointed in the attempt to cut corners, just to make a dollar and the total disrespect to my intelligence when i caught them in a lie. will not return to fix any of electronic devices i own. if i need a double A battery or a light bulb i may return. Stick to your area of expertise "Batteries Plus Blubs". TWO THUMBS DOWN, rant over!

Great reviews on website. NOT my experience. I ordered the battery on line with Batteries Plus Bulbs. They responded in stock ready for pick up. Website said free installation in big print. I went to pick it up and asked that they install my battery. I was not advised there was a charge. Charge showed on my bill. It is a 5 minute job and I had someone at home that would have done it had I known there was a charge. I questioned the charge. They told me free install only at certain stores. I said I then should have been advised there was a charge to install before he installed it. No response, no offer to credit from employee or manager. Poor customer service. They could have saved a customer. I will not return to Batteries Plus or ever refer anyone there. Diane M.

Nothing. Wanted to purchase car battery. Went in . Waited about 5to 7 minutes for customer ahead of us to get done. Was looking at batteries. A few more customers came in. Employee got done with 1st. Customer. Gr8 then asked. Who is next. I said we are. Need a new car battery. I had the old one on the floor. He could look at it . Plus exchange the core. He went to computer. Fumbled around. Then asks if he could take care of some of the other customers that came in after we did. I said nope. Grabbed battery and said I will take my business else where. Which we did. Very poor customer service. Only 1 staff working a Saturday morning. Poorly trained. I will not go back to that store unless absolutely need to.

Terrible Service - went in a while back to have a battery put in my wifes truck, was told it would be $20 to put the battery in. Sales clerk charged me $35 for install. When I questioned him and told him that I was originally told it would be $20 he just shrugged his shoulders and said that it was more difficult than he thought it would be. Are you kidding me. What a JOKE. This was a 2002 GMC Envoy, there isnt anything to putting a battery into this thing and it took him less than 10 minutes to do it. I will never go back to these guys again.

Terrible customer service and over priced. I will NEVER buy from this place again and suggest you find any place other than this place to buy your batteries. UPDATE 4/3 - funny the manager keeps apologizing but nothing ever changes. Maybe Batteries Plus should be looking for a new manager. I did stop in at the batteries plus store in st. Cloud a while back and those guys were awesome so I dont think it is a corporate thing, just a manager thing.

Excellent experience. I ordered a car battery on line for store pick-up. When I arrived at the store the following day they had the battery there waiting for me at the counter. The store employee Samuel then offered to install it my car which he proceeded to do. The whole experience took about 40 minutes. Samuel was professional and courteous and he answered all the many questions that I had, I highly recommend the Apple Valley store.

Had ordered the wrong battery but batteries plus employee was more than willing to help with making it right. Also, when I installed the battery, my car wasnt running right. Apparently a computer reset needed to be completed. The employees at batteries plus researched it for me, I turned the key and my once malfunctioning car came alive. I stopped at this location to have a few watch batteries replaced. The staff member I spoke with was friendly, but didnt know a whole lot about watches. He said theyd be done in a couple hours. All of them were returned with working batteries and in the same condition! Its about $15 per watch. Great for a quick fix!

Manager and staff of this store is responsive and willing to help you any way they can so you can to find an item you want. They have all good quality products that not many department stores carry them. This is kind of store I want to shop. This is a store where I just pay once and worry free.

Will not mention names, but Manager that was working there specifically stated this "have youve ever noticed that customers would rather go towards a white employee instead of a black, hispanic, asian employee" Would never show my face there again.

In store staff tried to be helpful, but the crew there had sold me a car battery online that they didnt have in the store, and wasnt there a week later. Although they cheerfully refunded my money, I wish they had not wasted my time.

Had to order in, did not have in stock. Ordered on line and paid, nothing indicating battery was not in stock. Took several days to get, could of bought on Amazon cheaper considering not in stock. Future purchases will be on Amazon.
