Very friendly staff, but misleading information. They made the insurance plan sound wonderful, so I bought into it (its not cheap). They promised an overnight replacement with the same model or better. But what they didnt mention was that it all depends on stock. Their provider, Asurion, never has your phone in stock (iPhone 7), so the wait is 2-4 weeks AND you dont get your exact same model. You get whatever Asurion gives you, no choice (aka whatever they can find the cheapest and buy in bulk). So now Im stuck with a pink iPhone instead of my normal, appropriate for a grown ass man, color. Lesson learned, dont purchase iPhones from anyone other than Apple directly.

The gentleman who is working currently has no idea how to do his job. He continued to send customers to phone help lines for them to solve their issues themselves. If we had any luck with the phone help lines, we wouldnt have had to come into the store and wait 45 minutes just to be told to go back to the phone to help lines. He seemed as if he did not want to help anyone, or had the ability to. As a manager, I would not want such lack of motivation working for me.
