BEWARE: This store is only a phone retail shop and is in NO way connected to corporate AT&T nor are they CAPABLE of dealing with corporate AT&T. I know now that it states it on Google but I work by and stopped in. If I could give NO star i would My first experience was enjoyable with the manager Evan. I purchased an LG G5 and he was helpful. The second time I dealt with Evan, left with same problem and unsatisfied. My third experience was a COMPLETE nightmare. If you go here, do not deal with Cody. Arrogant and ignorant is all I can say about him. I have been happy with Att for several years and have a good 4 line account with Directv too. He told me that it didnt matter one bit to him because all they do is sell the phones. I was prepared to leave with 2 brand new LG phones and he turned me away just for not listening to what i was saying. I was having trouble finding help online and on the phone for my specific problem so I went in here for help. BIG mistake. Then when I was leaving I asked his name and he wouldnt tell me. Then I walked up to see his nametag and he rudely pointed at it and said "i have a nametag" I work for a VERY large corporation down the street and needless to say will be telling my experience to coworkers. I doubt this will help their business of "just selling phones" as Cody sweetly told me they do. Take a bit more time to go down the street to corporate AT&T in Roseville and they are more than willing to take Codys push offs.

Tina, Thank you for responding about your experience in store. When doing a manufacturer warranty replacement on a phone, the manufacturer replaces the phone with the same model. I do apologize if this was not the desired result. The phone would have been replaced for free with the same model, as it was last time we did the manufacturer warranty.
