After spending nearly a week without cell service, countless hours on the phone with AT&T (with every customer service rep telling me something different & that the previous rep was wrong/mistaken) I was confused and frustrated! I made an appointment at Roseville store and worked with Renaldo and his manager (forgot the managers name). They were awesome!! Not only did they fix everything and answer all my questions--but they were also amazing to work with. They were professional, nice, and PATIENT--we had several questions and they answered all of them and never made us feel rushed--even though there were other customers waiting and we were not buying anything at the time. AT&T, please get your (800) customer service act together--and be thankful you have such awesome people out in the field at your company stores! Without experiences like this, I definitely wouldnt be a customer much longer!

On May 28, 2013, I went into the Roseville store to unlock my phone and to ask about upgrading to an Iphone. I was not even permitted to walk into the store. A young aggressive sales woman accosted me at the entrance and immediately tried to dissuade me from upgrading or even asking questions. I happen to be a senior and I think she must have assumed I am not technologically savvy. She even tried to convince me that the phone I wanted to unlock was not purchased at a corporate store but at a franchise! I had purchased it right there less than a year ago and it is not a cheap phone. I tried to talk to another sales person, and she would not let me, so I left and settled the issue over the phone. This is the second time I have gone into this store to talk about upgrading and other questions and have been treated as if I am in the wrong place.

Cant speak about the sales staff in particular. But having to wait at most times of day can be very annoying. I understand when you are purchasing a phone it can be a long process. If I was going into the store to purchase a phone I would expect a wait. But the last time I visited this location I simply needed a SIM card. I didnt even need it activated, just the physical card. It would have been a 25 minute wait just to receive a simple SIM card. They may be losing my business when I called the authorized retailer in the rosedale mall and they said they could get me it right when I walked into the store, no wait. On top of that they sounded very happy for me to visit them even though they werent going to make any money on me buying a SIM card. Unlike the greeter at the corporate location who seemed annoyed at me for needing a SIM card.

I called to see if they had a particular phone in stock for when I came to the store to do my upgrade. I then asked what their 2-year contract price is for that particular phone and he proceeded to tell me AT&T does not offer 2-year contracts anymore, only monthly installments or a buy-out price. I went online to calculate the price of the monthly installments vs. the buy-out and the next option I see in my account is a 2-year contract price.... Youd think theyd be nice enough to mention a 2-year contract option was available online instead of saying AT&T as a company does not offer that option. Wont be going to that location if they feel the need to try to rip people off and give false information.

After experiencing the frustration of purchasing then having to return a Samsung Note 7 - two different times - it was such a relief to work with Tou Her at AT&T in Roseville. He helped me back up my Note 7 and then allowed me the time and showed such patience with me as I got my new Note 5 set up. In the end, my move to a Note 5 was as seamless as it possibly could have been under the circumstances all because of Tous patience and knowledge. Thank you!! This location has always had fantastic sales reps, but Tou, you ROCK!!

Asked them to put on my screen protecter that was given to me as a gift and they said sure when they put it on they said they were having trouble and even said that it was cheap also while putting it on they said I couldve done it at home by myself... turns out they put the screen on backwards and not even right very disrespectful and unprofessional to insult something someone gave me but failing to realize they were the ones making a mistake.

WORST possible store ever. I purchased my mother a smartphone. Devils Lake store had it all set up so all she had to do was go in to the store. They refused to help her. I think the ATT is hiring those of limited mental resources. All they had to do was call the Devils Lake store. ATT you can bet I will be putting everywhere I can how incredibly rude and non-helpful the staff is there. AND I will be looking into a different phone service.

Not a happy customer. Sold me a $700 plus new galaxy note 3. Paid premium price over $700 for phone. I got two non removable programs "Flipboard and My Magazine" which are annoying and cannot be removed. I dont want the programs! I want to decide what apps I want on the phone. Annoying updates from these programs. Beware before buying!

The customer service at this location is terrible. I went in yesterday with questions about my companys corporate account. Instead of explaining the process and helping resolve my issue, Tevin and another employee were rude and made me feel like I was trying to cheat AT&T. I wont be returning to this location.

This store is a corporate location. Large selection of inventory. Staff are professional and courteous in my experience. Professional vibe can be negated by sales driven employees. Despite being corporate, disappointing limits on what the store can do when it comes to promotions, and fixing problems.

We love this AT&T store. Great service, friendly staff. The thought of ordering my phone from Best Buy seems absurd when I know I can go into the Roseville AT&T and get fantastic service from people that really know AT&T specifically.
