ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE...In October 2014 they sold my mother an LG VS880 and a two year contract at the Authorized retailer location. This phone doesnt even have enough storage to download the updates, and you can NOT add external storage to the phone, even though the later versions of this phone you apparently can, but this phone in particular, my mother couldnt get her voice mails nor access anything on her phone because it was so deficient in memory, even after stripping everything off of it. So we went into the store and spoke to the young man behind the counter on Saturday to see if he could help us. Rude, inconsiderate and kept cutting me and my mother off. I got so frustrated that I did raise my voice..and he accused me of being threatening. What joke. I have it recorded and provided it to Verizon Corporate HQ because this guy told us outright to goto another carrier so that we could have them buy out our plan and get a different phone. We left there extremely unsatisfied. They are in a retirement community and I would NOT recommend them at all, nor would I trust that they even know HOW to help you since it was the sales person that recommended this phone to my mother in the first place. So, I called corporate Verizon who handled the situation beautifully, got my mother a different phone, changed my moms plan to reflect what she used, and even got my dad on a plan too. What a difference ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE makes. Funny enough, after being cut off by this guy numerous times, and calling back to get his managers number, he CALLED ME on Saturday night to "see what he could do for us". Too little too late. You had the opportunity to handle with dignity and grace and you missed the boat by A LOT.

The first time I went to Verizon. I was under the impression that I was going to finance a phone for my phone plan. Turns out that the guy changed the contract just before I signed to have it as a phone rental. So I have to pay $40 extra a month for my rented phone for two years. Tried to fix it and they said I was bound by contract and tough luck. Not only that, that same phone blew up in Vegas and I had to order a new one. I guess I left the old phone in the hotel cause someone found it and sent it to me two months later. Verizon charged me $200 for the device and said it will be taken off when they get the phone. Well I sent it and now they refuse to take the charge off. I dont understand how thats legal. On top of that, the auto payment stopped working and I didnt know, without warning, today they turned off my phone that I use for work. That phone is how I make my money. Now Im constantly being thrown between customer care and financial services going over the same dialogue over and over and over and over. They created it to be a loop to drive people nuts and give up. They wont reactivate my account so that I can make money to pay for the account thats over due. Now I have to go start a new phone plan with a different service so I can pay that bill and then get charged for cancelling my contract. This company will scam you and screw you over first chance they get. And being a business owner does nothing when It comes to this company. I cant believe I even trusted this company.

I went in for a simple screen protecter for my S7. There was only one staff member there at the time, the manager Joel. After 3 failed attempts with screen protectors from amazon I had enough. I went in a little before closing time and Joel was very patient with me and showed me all the options they had and explained all the pros of each one. After I chose which protecter I wanted Joel rang me up, and he even stayed past close to put my screen protector on for me! He did a flawless application, and I havent had any problems since.

After my previous experience with the Verizon store in Eagan (which was pathetic) this store was fantastic as far as customer service was concerned. We waited about 2 minutes and then Scott was extremely helpful. He helped me with my insurance claim for the phone repair and even got my phone to take a charge!!! They let it charge for an hour while we went and had lunch. I would highly recommend this location.

I have always relied upon the Verizon store in Mendota Heights for purchase and assistance with every cell phone I have purchased. These guys know their stuff and can speak in lay terms so I dont feel like the complete idiot I really am when it comes to technology. In particular, Kyle and Joel are, like, cell phone whisperers. Seriously. Go to their store and you wont regret it.

Without a doubt the best customer service you will receive - wireless or otherwise. They always go above and beyond to hurdle barriers found with online service or other stores, and are thorough with executing answers, technical problems and purchases. In addition, there is never a wait - and if by chance there is, they make up for it with top notch service.

Thanks so much to Jarrod for his help and persistence with getting one of our phones switched over from AT&T to Verizon. He went above and beyond and stuck with the difficult process for several months as he promised he would - and it was wonderful to have his help and support throughout the switch! I went to Verizon to get a new phone and my mother was having problems with her health. Jarrod Turner gave her a water bottle and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a free VR set, a 50 dollar code for the VR store, and 25% off my new phone case. This is by far the best experience I have had at any phone store. Thank you Jarrod.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Josh Wiley!!! I dropped my phone and caused the screen to go out. He understood how badly I needed to get something figured out so I still had a phone to use. He set me up with a loaner phone and helped to get my replacement phone. Excellent customer service!

Amazing staff! These people went WAY above and far beyond with helping me transition to Verizon from AT&T. Some tricky thing happened with AT&T and Jack was there to answer any questions! Everything was very well explained. I highly recommend this store/staff!
