T-Mobile movile service, and they discriminate, as it is possible that I will only pay and ask for my identification, and before me pass 4 white American people, and none have asked for their identification. Its always the same. Ill change company. Pésimo servicio T-Mobile movile, y hacen discriminación, como es posible que sólo voy a pagar y me piden mi identificación , y antes de mi pasan 4 personas americanas blancas, y a ninguna le han pedido su identificación. Siempre es lo mismo. Me cambiare de compañía.

This location is extremely over-staffed. They have 6 or 7 employees always standing round, doing nothing. Some of them are kind of helpful, but others are incredibly rude (for example, the manager). None of them are knowledgeable about the phones themselves and it takes absurd lengths of time to get anything done. Once, when upgrading phones on a family plan, we were kept in the building 30 minutes past closing time because of how slow their computers were. We started the transaction an hour before close. Additionally, none of the employees here are apologetic about anything. If there is a company policy that screws over the customer, they dont care. Theyre rude and derogatory about everything. Also, while I was in here last week, their HTC One M9 (for those of you reading this in the future, this phone is a flagship right now) was out of charge. Nobody there seemed to think it mattered in the slightest. T-Mobile networks are pretty great. Just hope that you never have to spend much time in the store.

I lost a lot of faith in T-Mobile during the exploding Note 7 fiasco. I was told multiple stories about getting a replacement phone by T-Mobile customer service and left other T-Mobile stores angry about being lied to. I ultimately was able to get a replacement shipped to me by T-Mobile. Anyway, it was now time to get a replacement Note 7, and all signs were pointing to it being a complete nightmare. I checked with several other T-Mobile stores, and they werent able to help me. So, for whatever reason, I decided to stop at the T-Mobile store in Apple Valley. Inside the store was very busy, but Lamar (the rep who helped me) was able to get me a replacement phone, and return my explosion-prone Note 7, and my replacement phone, and properly re-configure my billing. Lamar was very helpful and I was quite pleased that he was able to get everything taken care of. Next time I have to go into a T-Mobile store, this is where Im going.

I recieved the best service I have ever recieved at a tmobile yesterday from Laura, I speak fluent spanish and I speak english as well with no accent but it is extremely hard for me to translate to my husband who speaks no english at all. Translating is hard sometimes i just cant seem to get the words out so its best to have someone just tell my husband and that way we can leave quicker to serve more customers since it is always busy. Laura was really helpful she went through my bill and very nice we have three little kids and we always get mean looks and at times employers just stare at my kids with a type of hate look, but Laura was very understanding I will for sure recommend this place to friends and family we live in northfield and fairbault is usually the place to go but thanks to Laura we will for sure come here often

Always the blame game with these people when it comes to warranty. Paid $700 for a phone plus more for a warranty, camera on the phone doesnt work, volume button doesnt work, battery goes from 80% to 30% in 15 minutes, I ask to use my warranty I am paying for and they try to find ways to say that it is my fault rather than make me happy and send in a replacement. Last I remember they work for their customers, I shouldnt have to beg for a warranty I pay for, none of this "just reset the phone" or "youre not using it right" bullshit.

Excellent service, I broke my phone a month ago and bought a used one to fill in the gap. The phone only accepted a micro SIM, so I went to TMobile expecting to buy a new sim card. The person working the counter gave me an adapter at no charge! Besides this experience its always been friendly, no pressure sales. Worth a stop if your in the need of new cell service.

Been a T Mobile customer for over 10 years-kid had the phone stolen and bogus calls were done after we spoke to T Mobile about it. It has taken over 17 calls to T Mobile and still battling to get charges reversed. They are your best friend when you have paid over $20000 in fees over the years. Have a problem that they created with bad advice-Utter incompetence.

I called in to the Apple Valley location ask some questions about moving from Verizon to T Mobile. The salesperson was cold and not customer friendly at all. As much as Id like to I wont mention the name but someone needs a lesson in customer service. If I were the manager at that location I would move that person to some other position...or out the door.

I came in to turn I in my phone under warranty. I was having connection problems, calls randomly falling out of service. The guy who helped me had the worst service and said he didnt see a problem. Obviously im bringing it in for a reason. Never going here again!!!!
