30 min and counting, wow was about to close. I just spent the last 4hrs, believe it or not on the phone with sprint customer care trying to speak to a manager. to no avail .. My problem was I broke my lg g4 and i was trying to get a loaner phone. i have been a great customer since 09 with sprint. always paid my bill on time. and my work relies on me to maintain a phone at all times. unfortunately sprint could not help me 1 bit. not their policy. so back to 30 min and counting. I get home from dilema with sprint and search the computer for used phones. i find wow and i called them, at first the nice gentlemen on the phone explained he did not have a phone in my price range. so we said out toodles and not more then 5 min go by and he calls me back to explain he spoke with the other guy down at wow and it was my lucky day but they close in 15 min now but we will hang out for you just to make sure you get what you are in need of a working phone. I say i will make it there in 10. like a flash of lightning i make it with 5min to spare. i was on the phone with sprint as i walked in the door. the 2 wow employees had my phone ready and i was able complete set up and even hung around with the guys for a few min after they closed just to make sure my new wow phone worked. that day i was a believer in wow. the whole staff including im guessing the 2 front guys and the man in the back.. as I apologize i have forgotten your names you will most likley remember my delema thanks to you I got the job and I even tried to tip em 10 bucks a peice for lunch the next day and they wouldnt except man they are like superheros Thanks guys -Jeff

I went into WOW to see about getting my sons iphone repaired and the gentlemen who helped me was beyond amazing .... Doug Light was helpful, funny, provided thee best customer service anyone could ask for and his personality was larger than life but most importantly he made me feel secure and confident with the service they provide at WOW and I have to say they got me the best price in town and even offered a phone protection cover & case at an unbelievable price and Doug even used his own phone just to prove to me how great the product actually is, Where else can you find service like that?? With this being my first time doing business there I can honestly say that Id recommend them to any and everyone and will most definitely make them my go to shop whenever I need any kind of phone services, phone repairs, phone accessories or when shopping for a new phone because WOW has absolutely everything you could possibly need or want plus no other wireless store has Doug Light, Lol!!! Doug, I really cant thank you enough for all of your time and help today you are a real life saver and an overall awesome person and working with you was an absolute pleasure to say the least. However, I must say the highlight of my visit was the lefty joke (I literally lol) and the fact that you were able to make me smile not once but three times. Job well done!!!!

My Galaxy Note 5 suddenly stopped working 2 nights back and i was shattered as my note 5 is very close to me. I was searching for a repair store nearby and i came across the name World Of Wireless which truely means WOW. The moment i entered the place, DOUG the hero of the story greeted me nicely and i gave him my phone and explained my problem. Doug did some local checking and told me that he needs to have it checked from the technician. I was bit skeptical before going to world of wireless but once talking to DOUG, i got a small ray of hope that my Note 5 will be alive again. It was not even an hour and i got a call from CHRIS from World Of Wireless with the Magical Words "Your phone is up and running and you can collect it anytime". They made my day with that call. They truely stick to their reputation which is WOW(World Of Wireless). Technicians are amazing and DOUG was the best at explaining the problem and got it solved without any delays. I can say with full confidence that they can repair any phone on this planet. Once again Thank You guys for bringing my Note 5 back 2 life.

Yesterday I went into WOW for the first time in search of a new phone. I was sold a used Samsung S4 for $200 and I was told it was unlocked and useable with Metro PCS. When I went to Metro PCS they checked the IMEI for me and told me it was blacklisted and even let me take a photo for proof. I had to go back to WOW and was left with no choice but to pay more for a brand new S4 ($285) that I couldve gotten much cheaper elsewhere because the "15% restock fee" would make me lose $40. I shouldve gotten a full refund with no restock fee because I was sold an unusable BLACKLISTED phone that no one wouldbe been able to use anyways and it was a waste of my money and time going back and forth trying to get this resolved . Never purchasing a phone from here again and highly unrecommend anyone else does. Save your money!!! UPDATE: I was able to go back in today and got assistance from Demetrius this time. He was patient and understanding and gave me a nice deal on a Galaxy S5. Thank you for helping me stay in my budget!!

I went to WoW to fix a cracked iphone I had. It had been cracked for almost four months, but was still functioning perfectly. I could still use the touch screen, take pictures, use the web, everything. I took it in on a Thursday morning and they assured me it would be an easy fix and ready in 48 hours, and they would call my husbands phone when it was done. I waited until Monday about a half hour before they closed and went in despite the fact that they hadnt called. They gave me my phone still cracked and said they couldnt fix it because there was something wrong with the motherboard. I assured them it was fine before I brought it in, and tried charging it on the spot. My phone wouldnt charge, wouldnt turn on properly and cant be read on my laptop anymore either. I recommend NEVER coming here. They are unprofessional and now Im forced to buy a new phone because of their mistake.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was really excited that they said they could fix my phone for only $80! But after 2 weeks and no word, I called them because I was worried because they said it would only take 7-10 days. On the phone they said they couldnt even find record of my phone in their system so I had to drive down there and I spent over an hour trying to figure it out. They finally found my phone after 30mins but the technician had forgot to order my part... So not only had they already charged me, but they had just had my phone in the back for 2 weeks just sitting there with no record of it in their computer!!! Instead of being able to just get my money back and leave (which is what I really wanted to do) they ordered the part right then without even asking me and now I have to wait another week for the part to come in... It will save you time and money to AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
