I ordered a Duracell laptop battery online for local store pickup. The only battery shown for my model didnt indicate whether it was 6-cell or 9-cell, so I assumed it was the standard size. After I got home and opened the box (which also didnt say the size), I discovered it was the larger size, which would elevate the back of my laptop to an unacceptable height. I exchanged it back at the store, which was a very slow process. The initial pickup was very slow, too. I had to wait 15 minutes while the only employee laboriously changed a watch battery. One other waiting customer left while I continued waiting for service. Lots of time spent for nothing.

The battery I bought say that there is 3 yrs free replacement warranty and 2 yrs prorate after the 3 yrs. But when I went pick up my battery in the store, the receipt does not say anything about the warranty. I would like Battery Plus to put the warranty in writing on the receipt as well. I just prefer to have something in writing about the warranty.

Scheduled an online appointment for an iPhone screen repair. Drove all the way to the store only to be told that the cellphone technician was not in today. Wasted trip. Should have been alerted about this or unable to schedule the appointment.

I ordered online. I paid online. I brought my old battery in, set it on the counter and the employee set my new battery on the counter, paid me my core charge in cash and I carried out my new battery. Nothing very exciting.

Wow is this place bad. Made an appointment for an iPhone repair. Got there and the tech is on lunch and wont be back for an hour. They also want the phone unlocked when you leave it. Really!? I wont be back.
