Caleb Driscoll ROCKS! This is the store to do your wireless account through. A recent accident left my cell phone screen disconnected from its base. My old phone had been unable to upload my contacts as the screen would not show updated setting. Caleb just about had to write new code and create a program to download my contacts and upload them to the new phone. He used understandings that amazed me. He would not give up until my contacts were recovered. I got expertise from Caleb just because I was a customer. He could have easily said there is no way to fix this issue and been within my contracted services. That is what I call value added!! AMAZING!!!

Had a great experience at this verizon store. Neal set me up, exported my contacts, calendar and sent me on my way. In the past, I went to Best Buy, but recently found the service to be pretty bad. This store was incredible, I highly recommend. I usually lose half my contacts and all of my calendar. This time, got it all. Happy they are close. keep up the good work. Oh and I purchased the Galaxy s7 Edge and truly love it. Had the S4, which I liked but this is like trading from a chevy to a Lexus. thanks guys!!

This place is AWESOME. Blake really took care of us and gave us a good experience getting our service started. He was able to give us a great deal at a great price. He made me feel comfortable about moving to Verizon and made it a relatively painless process. He even went the extra mile by obtaining our phones from another store as his store was out of stock, all within the same day. Cant say enough good things about my experience here.

Worked with Eric Peterson today and he was great. Went in with an old iPhone and wasnt sure what I wanted. Left the store confident that I got a great phone. I always work with Eric Peterson and Derek Kramarich, between the 2 of them they handle all of my families Verizon needs. I would recommend either of them in a heartbeat. Ive had friends and family go to them because of me and no one has been disappointed.

was in last week after having a horrible experience at the roseville store. i walked in and only looked at a phone for 30 seconds before being helped! i worked with tyler f he helped me understand the new edge program and i feel he wanted to save me money. left the store with a new phone and a smile! i will always come to this store from now on!

I recently upgraded to a smartphone at this store and was impressed with their excellent customer service--they transferred my contacts & photos for me and were easy to work with; I am NOT computer savvy in any way, and I really feel like they were a great resource as I transitioned to a phone with data...highly recommend!

Mary Jo is the most competent person there. She is simply amazing. I do not understand why people complain about fees, because she always waives them. I suggest you schedule your appointments in advance with her to get the star treatment. Shes the store manager for goodness sakes, so she knows what she is doing.

Caleb Driscoll has been my families exclusive source for phones and internet help for years. Cant say enough good about him. If you have a dumb question he will make it not so. I consider this man a family friend , even though he likes the packers. Great service, always friendly,looks out for the customers.

This is a great place for your Verizon wireless services. Mary Jo, the manager, runs a GREAT shop. They are incredibly helpful and make sure your needs are met. Recently I had problems with one model of phone. They went to bat to make sure I got what I needed from Verizon. Great advocates.
