On Line purchase made easy. I bought a battery for my 2013 Road Glide at Autozone for $129 in mid May 2017. On August 1st 2017 the battery died and would not hold a charge. Autozone only gives a 90 guarantee on the battery (cant remember make). I drive the motorcycle 2-3 times weekly. I knew I shouldve used Batteries Plus. I went on-line and purchased their premium battery for $149 ($159 if I needed it in all black). You get 10% off by purchasing on-line and then picking it up in person. I brought the core (my old P.O.S.) battery and was refunded the core fee on the spot. This batter comes with a 2 year guarantee. I couldve bought their cheaper $129 batter (350cca vs 400 cca) and saved $20, but the extra CCA rating and extra year of protection was worth it. The entire purchase (on-line, drive to the store - Bloomington, MN, pickup, exchange core, refund core, and drive home) was 20 minutes. It doesnt get better than that.

Terrible experience, I called ahead to see if they had a battery for my motorcycle. They said yes. Then I ordered online to save 10%. Drove over, picked it up. I asked if it was already to go. They said yes. Drove home put it in. Motorcycle would not start. Battery was dead! Had less than 10 volts and when starter engaged. It dropped to 5 volts! I called to complain. They said someone would get back with me. No one ever did. I drove back and exchanged the battery. So far so good. But I noticed on my receipt they never gave me my core deposit back. So I called again. They said I had to come back to the store. For the refund. They couldnt do it over the phone. Not a good experience at all.

I bought a battery online, and was planning on picking it up in store. Upon arrival, it was evident I purchased the wrong battery. They had already charged the battery and company policy would not allow a refund. I questioned if there was anything they could possibly do so I could avoid getting charged for the wrong battery. The employee I was dealing with called their district manager and got a return approved and they sent me off with a refund and the correct battery. I couldnt thank them enough! Along with great service, this was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back.

I came in frantic as I had a work flight to catch on a holiday (memorial day) at 10:45 am and my phone was smashed to the point I couldnt even unlock it. I arrived at 8:15 am and Marco took one look at my phone and said hed have it out in a half hour. 10 mins later he came out with my phone completely fixed. Horrible service! I went there to get a battery for a camera and they sold me the wrong one. OK happens. When I went back they didnt want to take it back it, started saying its the right battery and I told them it did not fit. Just started asking really stupid questions. If you want to be treated like an imbecile, then here is your place. (Oh I found the same battery online with shipping for under 7.00 when they were charging 29.99 + tax!!!)

Friendly service, but sold me a dead battery for my motorcycle. When I went to buy a charger at Wal-Mart, saw the same battery for $15 cheaper. **Update!** The battery ended up being bad and when I went to return it, they accused me of dropping it or switching it with an older battery. Almost refused to give me my money back. These people are scam artists!

I took my car in, and they offered to charge my battery for free. It didnt take a charge due to a bad alternator, and told me that if they sold me a battery that it would not have a valid warranty. They spent a half hour with me to help, and they didnt charge a dime, though I offered to pay. Great place! Ill be back for all my battery needs.

I ordered a car battery on-line with the form on the website and when the store had it charged, I got an email to come and get it. I gave them the old battery and signed the receipt and took the new, fully charged battery home. Less than 5 minutes in the store and I knew the right battery was there before I left home.

Avoid this location at all costs. Would not honor the six month warranty. Store personnel were pathetic. I will do everything I can to spread the word to avoid Batteries Plus. They do not value their customers. Product was worthless.

They put the battery to my key fob in wrong..... Its not easy to mess such a simple task up, I fixed it myself. But had me worried that I couldnt get into my car.
