I went in to upgrade my phone to a newer model with more storage space, and with the hope of using the upgrade from another line on my account to get a better price. I was greeted promptly and asked for my phone number to pull up my account information. No problem. The sales associate started in telling me that it was a great time because they had started a new promotion...only to tell me a minute later that the promotion didnt apply to me. No big deal. We moved on. I told him the exact phone I wanted and wanted I wanted to do. He said great, then told me about another promotion to pay for the phone. I agreed to the terms and asked to proceed...and then he told me that promotion didnt apply to me either. At that point, I told him I just wanted to get the phone and to not worry about promotions or upgrades. He went to the back to get the phone I wanted, returned, and then told me that I really needed to reconsider my service plan, at which point I told him again that I wasnt interested. He then tried to shuffle me off to someone else to work on the plan portion...at which point THAT person told me that I couldnt even use my upgrade. I walked out of the store. From the parking lot, I called Verizon Wireless customer service...15 minutes later, the delightful woman on the phone had upgraded my phone at WAY less cost than what the "SALES ASSOCIATES" told me and it was being shipped to my house. SUMMARY: Call Verizon or use the website unless youd like to experience something more slimy than what you would find at the worst kind of used car lot.

The manager of this store is extremely rude and disrespectful! Went to purchase a phone and the price that was listed next to the phone was not the price the phone actually was. BUT we didnt find this out until the sales associate was ringing up the phone. Even the sales associate wasnt aware the sign was wrong and wouldnt give us the phone at the price that was advertised. When we asked the manager he flat out was rude and said no he wasnt giving us the phone for the price on the sign even thought it was his fault the sign was wrong. Made a complaint to corporate and they said they have had many problems with this guy and would give us the phone for the price the sign said. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!

Avoid this store at all costs... even if you have to drive out of your way to visit another location. The reps are nice enough if youd like to purchase a phone, but if you have an issue with an existing account/phone, they treat you like dirt. When asked to speak to someone else, I was pretty much denied all access to anyone that might possibly treat me like I was a customer for years instead of a moron who might actually have a legitimate problem. I dealt with a rep named Nakayla and she was absolutely terrible with an awful attitude. SHE was enough to make me cancel my account one year early and go back to AT&T.

Dont know what happened with the other reviewer, but even though my first phone was a dud, I was never treated badly by this store. In fact, I have suggested this one to anyone looking for a phone because of the excellent service I received. Csr I worked with the most was Matt, who was great long after I thought I had gone way beyond annoying. Even have me his cell if I had questions.

Very bad service ,,Greeted professionally at first,,and was told that there were a couple people before me,,however they had stepd out to run and do other things..while waiting 2 other people were greeted signed in and had somehow been moved ahead..if we all did this our appointments would be a week later..Plain and simple fix it...

I wish that they would be more up front with the newer pricing options. Id been in several times for one thing or another yet was never told that I could move to a better, cheaper plan. One day my boss told me he was paying less for 10 Megs of data than I was for 2. Long story short. Im with T-Mobile now.

I was very pleased with the way I was treated. I watched Bree work with other customers & then my turn came with her. Purchased a new phone. Transferred my phone book to my new phone from a inactive phone as the active phone was destroy. Everything was done in a short period of time. Excellent experience.

Great service! I brought in a phone that wasnt connecting to the network. When they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, rather than spending a long time sending it to a center etc. They actually gave me a new phone free of charge!

Never very satisfied with the visits to this store. Never truly feel that any issue is resolved. Have been up-sold on items and been disappointed shortly after. Staff changes all the time, but the personality stays the same, incomplete.

This is the best Verizon location in the cities. They have the most knowledgeable, trained staff to get you what you need. If there is a bit of a wait just know that when it is your turn they will spend that time with you too!
