Alright so let me spill out the story. I took my Andriod phone into the store to get the screen repaired. The screen was cracked and in a case. They had me hand over the phone for them to take to take to the backroom and look at it. When they brought it out, they had said to fix it it would cost $100 and nothing more. So we signed the papers and left the phone with them. After a little less than 2 weeks, we recieved a call saying it was completely done. When we went and recieved the phone we straight over to At&t and the guy was extermly helpful as well at pointing out the screen was popping out and you could see through the screen. We walked it back over and had the lady working at the time, looked at it and she told us to go to their other location. (She was very kind) So we went to the other location on Battlefield. And the service was terrible. The guys working their were not helpful, and one was very unkind. They said theie was nothing they could do for the screen since the phone was "bent." When we sent the phone in, the phone was not bent, just cracked. They said they would try to work on the phone and fix it, so we signed papers, didnt pay again for their mistake and left it their. We will be getting the results of the phone tomorrow. But as of now, my family and I are not happy with the service at all. If the phone was bent when they first recieved it, they should have called us and told us their was no way to fix it without the screen popping up. Update- phone wasnt fixed, kickes us out and tried to make us pay abother 100 fir not even fixing the phone!

Where else can you pop in on any given day and ask a question about your why your phone wont turn on and get an answer and a solution instantly?! Twice now, I have taken in two different phones with different situations and Wireless Trendz has saved me time and money- and I walked away with my phone fixed and ready for use. Other stores might make you wait a few hours or a few days. Both times Ive been helped so quickly! My second problem was so minor they didnt even charge me. As I was leaving the store, an employee was returning to work, and even greeted me and held the door open so I could leave. This store has the best customer service- hands down! They have a huge selection of used phones and a ton of cases if you are in the market for either. The people at Wireless Trendz will take care of you with top service as their priority!

THIS is the BEST place to buy a phone!! We had a problem with a phone that we bought from another place. we wont name it but its in the mall, we called Jason at Wireless Trendz and he WAS awesome! he was more than willing to get us back into the phone we wanted and not just shove us out the door. He was so kind to call us after store hours JUST to let us know we are welcome to come in and right the problem even when his company did not have anything to do with the other place. THEY have earned a LIFE LONG customer. i can not give enough stars for likes! they ARE GREAT!! go see them FIRST dont waste your time driving around.. this SHOULD BE your go to place FOR THE BEST!!!!

South location Springfield mo......Dropped off phone over night and told a time to pick it up the next day, and still ended up waiting 45min. Owner was there bragged about being the owner but could care less about the inconvenience. Also the owner told them to take my phone back apart and give it to me broken since I was so upset! They ran my card for twenty dollars more than it was supposed to be charged and had to wait another ten min to get a manager to re run my debit card for a refund. Overall horrible experience. Would never go back and will be telling everyone I know about my experience!

Brother took his phone in there Wednesday and they told him that they would look at his phone and if it didnt work they would replace the parts to get him going. Well today he picked his phone up and now it wont turn on at all. They told him it was water damage and he was SOL. Never warned him that this could happen. When he took it in the only thing wrong was that the speaker didnt work. They were rude to him and he isnt the first person I know,the has had issues with them.

While i was at this location as a paying customer. i asked the man working there for some water to make a bottle. He hatefully told me they dont have a sink and told me to walk to a restaurant. I had to wait for 10 min to get my sim card back so i could go to a restaurant for water. This brings the concern... if they dont have a sink how do employees wash their hands after using the restroom? Also why are such rude people representing this store? I wont be going back here.

I have always received great and courteous service from Wireless Trendz, they always answer any questions and will help with any of your service needs. They have a great selection of wireless phones and accessories, I have been a customer since they were first in business and I would recommend this business totally for any and all of your wireless needs. Theses guys are great!!! Phone wouldnt charge so I take it to Verizon store and they say my charging port is shot and try to only sell me a new phone. Go next door to wireless trendz on Kansas expy and the guys clean my port out for me and it works perfectly!!! Wouldnt even let me pay for it! This is why I always take my phone to them for repairs. Awesome service!! Thank you very much!

Hands down the best customer service I have seen in years from any business. Bought my iPhone there and had a problem with the battery, went back and they installed a brand new one, now it works like brand new. Very nice folks up there and they really do stand behind their products. Thats rare these days. Theyve earned my business for life.

Horrible experience. These people go thru your private messages and pictures when all they had to do was replace a screen! Do not go here they will go thru your private pictures and messages. Will be calling Corp to report this.

Fixed my phone but the brand new battery I had put in was replaced with one that cant hold a charge more than a few hours. Never went back to get that problem fixed if those thieves need it that bad they can keep it
