I have been in the store many times and have witnessed how the customers are treated and seen the great work they do here. I would recommend Wirless Trendz to anyone, and have recommended them to many. They provide great service and can usually fix just about any problem from what Ive seen, even a toliet drowning :) Plus, they have more phones and accessories than Ive seen anywhere else in town. I overheard a good customer (while in the store today) ask the owner if he had seen the reviews posted on google maps. To which he answered no and the customer advised him to check it out. Well, I, being curious, did also when I got home. After reading these other reviews and doing a little detective work, I have come to the conclusion that these reviews were most likely a setup (not legitimate complaints), probably by the same person. IE: One of the persons doing a review also has 2 other reviews (which happen to be 5 star ratings and both "other" reviews just happen to be for the same business and "that" business just happens to be another phone repair facility (that Ive never heard of) In addition to that, if the (great) repair job really "was" so great at the other facility..."why" would he take a phone there (where he was ecstatic about the job they did) on Oct4, only to take a phone to be repaired at "another" facility; Wireless Trendz on Oct 8??? He also tried to put a fake listing up for the Wireless Trendz address with a name of "worthless trendz". Google didnt allow it. As you can see....a lot of dishonesty here....Im guessing he is pulling for business for the other shop...and quite possibly the owner of the "other" shop. Its quite possible he is the writer of the rest of the bad reviews and the other 3 are not legitimate either. Ive been around this place enough that I can assure you; the owner of Wireless Trendz is a very fair, nice and honest person and would never "rip anyone off". Theyve been in business about 4 years now, I think and every time Im in there I see many, many customers and have heard a few stories about how GREAT they are after theyve saved yet another phone. (Im sure they occassionally get a disgruntled customer that doesnt understand or they may make a mistake on an ocassion but my gut feeling is, if they did, they would make it right. So now you have a little of the "rest of the story" and are better informed. I encourage you to give Wireless Trendz a try if you have any kind of issue with your phone, need to buy a phone or need something FOR your phone. I think you will be very pleased! I highly recommend this place :)

I took my sons phone in yesterday to see about getting it fixed, fully expecting to leave it for a technician to look at. I explained to the first employee that it was not functioning and I wanted to find out what was wrong with it and get it fixed. The employee took it to the back room and came back about a minute later. He told me they couldnt tell what was wrong with it without taking it apart. I asked him if someone could take it apart to see what was wrong with it then, expecting him to fill out a receipt and have me leave it. Instead, he took it to the back room again and returned to tell me the person in the back could not tell what was wrong with it, but that they thought it might be a couple of possibilities. I then asked what my options were, such as a trade in, etc. He tells me they cant take it in trade without it first being fixed. I asked how I could get it fixed if no one could tell me what was wrong with it? He then tells me the person who looked at it is not a technician, thus the reason why they cant tell me what is wrong with the phone. I asked when the owner or another tech would be in to determine the problem. He ends up telling me the owner is out of town for 2 weeks. I asked if there would be anyone else in during his absence who could look at it. He said there might be someone who could look at it in a couple of days, but then looked confused and said he wasnt for sure. Being frustrated with the lack of getting anywhere, I asked to speak to the other employee whom I recognized from prior visits. He came over and I tried to explain what I was trying to get accomplished and how his co-worker did not seem to understand what I was wanting. He seemed irritated with me and defensive of his co-worker. He did, however, fairly quickly tell me there would be a tech in tomorrow who could look at it, then offered me the option to leave it. I asked him if he was angry with me and he said yes, because of the way I was talking about is co-worker. I took my phone and left. I went to a competitor and within the first 30 seconds, was told when there would be a tech in to determine what was wrong with it and they offered me the ability to leave it for repair. While I would have preferred to conduct business with Wireless Trendz, as I have usually done in the past, the lack of customer service in the owners absence left me no choice. Very unfortunate, as I have always been very happy with their service over the past several years.

I brought my galaxy s6 active in to have the camera lens replaced. Replace it at a very fair price. I took the phone home and a few days later I noticed a few spots in all of the pictures that Ive taken with my phone since the lens was replaced. When I brought the phone in, I ask them if taking it apart would make the phone not waterproof anymore, they told me that they would have to take the phone apart to replace the lens, but it would be restored back to its its original condition and would be waterproof. Then today when I brought the phone back in for them to look at it, they said that it would not be waterproof anymore because the adhesive was taken apart. But then later into the conversation their story changed and they said that they never had to take the phone apart because they were able to replace the camera lens without taking the phone apart. I can see a strand of fiber sitting on the camera itself, but they think that it is a scratch on the camera. The strand of fiber moves and I can see specs of dust on the camera. They are saying that the camera itself is damaged now, they quoted me a reasonable price on replacing the camera as well, but now Im being told that my phone will no longer be waterproof because they will have to separate the adhesive to replace the camera. At this point, I feel like I just got sold the world, but then the story changed to we did the best we could...

Wireless Trendz replaced my iPhone 5S screen last Wednesday. I carried the iPhone in my baggy shorts pocket while operating a riding lawn mower Saturday afternoon. I had the phone in its Luvvitt case & did not bump, drop or bend the phone. Unfortunately, the newly replaced screen was spider cracked from the volume controls across the whole screen when I finished mowing. In fairness to Wireless Trendz, it looked like it had been banged against a desk corner, which it was not. Tim, the owner of Wireless Trendz, refused to honor the 60 day warranty because he said that their warranty clearly states that "physical damage" is not covered. Since the phone was not misused or abused, I believe the Apple OEM screen Tim claims to have installed was defective. Even the highest quality parts have some small defect rate, but Tim refused this as a possibility because he said that it was obviously "physical damage" & claimed that he would have noticed any defective part before installation. He did offer to fix the screen again for an additional $89 "even though he was under no obligation to do so". If a brand new tire blows out because One runs over stop sticks, few should expect them to be covered by warranty. But what if the tread peels off your new tires and tire shop says that it was obvious physical damage not covered by warranty? Is this the kind of service you expect? I expect more.
