After experiencing the frustration of purchasing then having to return a Samsung Note 7 - two different times - I knew I still wanted a Note, so my only choice was a Note 5 if I wanted to step up from what I already had. But finding it was going to be a challenge AND being sure I got the important stuff OFF my Note 7 was going to require some fancy finessing. Israel at the Best Buy Mobile at Har Mar was a rock star and made the whole process as painless as possible. If youre in the area, just go to the regular Best Buy in Rosedale. It just seems much better from my experience.
