Terrible. They overcharge by a humongous amount. The phone I bought on their promotion was $89.00 plus a $25.00 activation fee. The same phone available online, with free shipping and no activation fee was $49.99. They charge 2.5x the amount for the same phone. I called to ask about returning the next day. The charge a 25% re-stocking fee and dont give money back, instead only store credit. Then they can rip you off on another phone, plus 25% of your initial phone, plus another $25.00 activation fee. DO NOT BY A PHONE HERE. GO TO BOOST MOBILE ONLINE ONLY!!! Stores are independent contractors, and therefore you will have no recourse through Boost Mobile itself. Just checked WalMart. The phone is available there for $60.00, and again, no setup fee. What a rip off Boost Mobil Store is.
