Hit or miss. Some of the staff I have worked with here have been super nice and helpful, but sometimes you can see the vacant stares in their faces and the complete apathy for you as a customer. I have sat for 15-20 minutes while one of the staff tried unrelentingly to upsell another customers on phones, and in that case I was looking to buy a new phone and just kind of walked out and ordered an unlocked device online.

Walked in with a cracked screen, asked them if they could fix it and if they can how much would it cost. They told me Id have to wait 15-20 minutes before they could help me because there were 2 customers in front of me, which was fine. After 20 minutes, an associate came over to help me, and then thats when they decided to tell me they dont repair phones. Glad I got to waste 20 minutes of my time in your store.

This place is THE best Verizon store in the metro. They always fix my problems, never once had a negative experience here. Staff really knows their stuff, and are great and solving problems. Everytime I go to a different location, I end up coming back to this one because they fix the problem right.
