Ive been having trouble returning a defective Note 7. Customer care told me to return it in store and the store would not take it. They insisted that I mail it back. We got customer care on the line and they said it needed to be returned in store. Zachquan seemed more interested in checking his Facebook on his tablet than taking a return that would likely hurt his sales numbers. Both employees were rude. If youre in the area, go inside the mall. The quality of service is much better. Zachquan was also disinterested when I came in a week prior to buy a case. I am amazed at how poor the customer service was. This store is not indicative of other Tmobile experiences I have had in the past.

Came here to replace a sim in my phone, Alyssa helped me out and took the time to understand my issues and what I had done to fix it. Even after everything she took the time to look through my account with me and check to make sure services I wanted where active. I am live in CA and was out here on business, I wish I lived near this store cause I would definitely be coming back.
