I must have gotten lucky based on the previous reviews. I walked in to get a charger and Tyrell, the sales associate came out to assist me. After having some small talk he was able to replace my existing charger for free and then he gave me some options for my existing service. The bottom line was I walked out with 3 new upgraded phones, which we love. He also helped me get an employee discount which I was not aware I got with my company and he saved me money on my bill! This guy was on it! I will always ask for him. I will agree that in the past I have gone to that store and the people I have talked with were not exactly the best. The service wasnt the greates. Tyrell seemed to have it together and I will keep coming back as long as he is there. Ask for him. Hes really good.

Of all the Verizon locations Ive been to, including the one two blocks from my house, this is the best. Their customer service here is great. Ive had a couple of issues with my account and each time Ive tired different resolutions. Ive called customer service, chatting online, and going to multiple locations. Each time Ive gone to the West St. Paul location, Ive been treated with respect. The manager, Kenny, today even made sure to say, "Were going to take care of you." multiple times. Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for over 10 years and its thanks to them!

Wonderful Service!!!!!! The people working at this store are very knowledgeable on both products and services.Went out of their way to get me my service. They knew all of the plans and how they worked. We had trouble at another store and was very frustrated. But manager Kenneth at this Store was wonderful!!!!! cant thank Thank him and his fellow co-workers enuf. This is now MY Verizon store. Thank you Robert st store!!!!!!! Kim and Neil

Worst Verizon store I have ever dealt with! The manager is lazy and does nothing to help the customers even when the store is busy! Team members are rude and not helpful in the least, I honestly dont know how the store even rates a 2.7 star score. I will never do business with these people ever again. If you want good service and people that can help you go the the franchise store off 110 in Mendota.

Store associates will lie to you to get your business. I was told that I would see credits on my first bill for porting over from T-Mobile. I have since learned that is not the case and Verizon cant even tell me when they will happen. What makes it worse is that I signed a contract and I cannot switch service for another 18 months. Id much rather be with T-Mobile again at this point.

the Employees are fine but the Management may want to staff up and not have 1 hour avg waits for them to start helping you. 4 out of 5 visits and they need to get some chairs in there knowing they are under staffed. this is not a new problem its on going. But the good news is the more comfy sprint store requires more visits. and there service is terrible. Where Verizon gets an A+

Ive gotten multiple phones from this location over the years. My first phone, which was a brick, all the way to Galaxy smart phones! Customer service has always been great and employees are very nice. The only downfall is the lines.. You normally have to sign in and then wait. My recommendation would be get here early when they open to beat the rush!

I worked with David B. this afternoon to buy a new phone and an iPad. The experience was first rate, start to finish. David was friendly and helpful all the way - I give my highest endorsement to this Verizon retail store (of course I cant really comment on the other sales associates).

The guy that helped me, did not let me know, I had a choice to choose a different color of phone, at the store. When I went back to exchange(same day) they wanted to charge me 35.00 for restock fee, and it was not even my mistake. Not a happy person....

Needed help switching from a broken phone to a used one that I had. They wouldnt help with the activation even though after I told them it had to be manually programmed by them. Rude and clueless staff.

Have been with Verizon for 2 years now, always had very good customer service at the Robert st store. Not very pleased about there screen protectors, they crack easy, chip, and charge 24.00 or 30.00.
