Richard Nowrang provided excellence service to me during my visit into the store. He remembered me from the last time I entered the store. He goes above and beyond helping me as a customer. He is patient, kind and knowledgable. I like entering the store when he is working because he remembers my specific information. He provides excellence customer service and represents Verizon well. He is pleasant all the time.

I worked with Colleen yesterday, she was AMAZING. She answered all my questions and was very professional and helpful. After being without a phone for 3 days she had me out the door in 30 minutes, all set up with my backup downloading! She was worth the 45 minute drive I made to work with her!
