This company talked me into switching my Obama phone to MetroPCS and told me my minutes for my Obama phone would still transfer over every month so I agreed believing that my Obama minutes would still kick on every month. Im a single mom with a child on life support which keeps me from work and cannot afford a phone bill every month that is why I applied for the Obama phone in the first place. I asked twice if my minutes would still transfer over and twice the lady told me that my 350 minutes would still kick on every month rather I paid for a plan or not, come to find out that was not a true statement, it was just a way for them to get more sales! If you need an Obama phone go online there are plenty other companies who provide the services without trying to Swindle you out of your Obama minutes!

This has to be the worst business i have ever been in. The employees are ordering and eating food while helping customers. As well as nonstop arguing with other co workers and customers. The woman behind the desk is never having a good day both times i have been in there. She talks to customers like they are children. She speaks very rude and with vowel language. She needs to be fired or the better business bureau needs to be involved and close that place for good.

Connected myself and my whole family to Simple Mobile here. You can also ask to trim your sim cards here for $10 if you need to when switching phones (newer phones seem to prefer nano). A perfect place for these kinds of tasks. Great staff too! Always prefer small businesses over Sprint and Verizon kinds of companies: youll pay less overall and have better phones, service, and more freedom.
