I brought my new pixel XL phone in because I couldnt get internet connection and dropping calls. ROBBIE the salesman looked at it told me no problem I will have them send out new phone. I got new phone and got email I owe $300 because of crack which was there when I brought the phone in. So I went back up to the store ROBBIE said there was no crack in the phone I said there was always one in it sense 3 days after I got it. Then he asked did it have screen protector and I said yes it did. Then he changed his story and said I ask you if it was screen protector or the screen that was cracked. He lied right there in front of the other salesman. They are the worst customer service .Never ROBBIE will lie and screw you over and the management there doesnt even care! I am waiting for their district manager to call, we will see if he is any better. BEWARE OF THE SALESSNAKE ROBBIE

Ive been a Verizon customer for many years. I carry multiple lines for myself and my family. One of the ONLY ways I could afford to get new phones for myself and my family is the "new every two" program.. it allows me a new phone for as little as $1, to as much as $200 for a new model phone: With a two year contract renewal. On my last visit to this store, the salesman said that he could not offer me that deal, he said I had to get [my phone] attached to my bill in monthly payments. This way it will cost me over $450 for the device over two years. They just DOUBLED what I usually pay to get an upgraded device. Go online where you can lookup the honest price of the device you want. Dont fall for this predatory sales environment.

The actual store is amazing, but our experience was not good. The layout is great. I brought my dad there to upgrade. They had an agenda outside of helping his needs. They didnt help guide his phone purchase at all and immediately offered a tablet device just for the fact that it was free. They didnt try to find a need, just get it because its free...with contract. They also offered us $100 in accessories for free, except the phones were just labeled wrong and rung up as $50 less each. They lied about the price of the phones to sell accessories. Not cool. Hope theyre better now; this was about a year ago.

Bought my first iPhone here and I must say the gentleman who sold it to me and told me all about the features and whatnot, was absolutely awesome! I dont remember his name but he was the best salesman Ive ever encountered! Didnt push me into buying anything I didnt need or want. And he really showed me amazing differences between the iPhones to help make my decision better. Thanks for having such a wonderful employee on hand!

We always have had great customer service here. We have talk to Scott Bain numerous times and he always gives us a ton of information and options. Verizon sales staff always know their product. We were with them for years, switched to Sprint where you never had the same sales person twice and they had limited knowledge. We went back to Verizon and have been very happy with not only Scott but the rest of the staff also.

Wireless shops are everywhere you look these days. The Verizon Store is a vastly superior Customer Experience compared to any of the local competitors in the same business. This location has a wide variety of devices and accessories available that you can get your hands on for a better feel. The staff worked together well as a team when faced with unique and obscure technical challenges with the new Wearable Tech.

I recently bought an iphone SE from this store. I had heard mixed things from others who had visited this store in the past. I was pleased with my experience with deciding which iphone to buy with the help of one of the employees, Brenton. He was honest, helpful, didnt rush my decision, and was fun to talk with. He encouraged me to come back and ask for him, to help set up my new iphone.

Worst store ever. Do not go with Verizon they have no customer service skills whatsoever. They sold me equipment that would not work with my device. When I tried to return the equipment they refused to return the equipment knowing that they sold it for a device it would not work with. I even had the receipts to prove it!!!
