My initial visit to the store was fine. The clerk was friendly and willing to answer questions & I felt great leaving the store.... Now that being said the service after I left was TERRIBLE!!!! I Went in simply to add another line & renew my contract I was told that I could get the Droid Maxx free with my contract renewal (didnt happen). I purchased 2 new phones and they screwed up the number transfer to the added line and the number that I had for years vanished! 4 days later; the problem still hadnt been solved. When I called the store for help I was told that there was nothing that they could do. I work in customer service and understand that problems happen and I have been very understanding and patient but after 4 days with the issue unresolved and the store clerk unwilling to help or do anything to make me "the customer" feel assured that this will be resolved. I am ready to discontinue my service with Verizon altogether!

Patrick and Eric were absolutely fantastic to work with. They are so knowledgeable with mobile devices, tablets and accessories. I needed all my data transferred from my blackberry Q10 to my new s7 edge. Eric had to download software onto the store computer and then download smart switch onto my blackberry. He was then able to transfer my data. I am so grateful Verizon has such smart guys working for them. I am truly amazed with my experience at wireless zone Forest lake, MN. Patrick has been so helpful with my choice of devices, set up and training. He and Eric really made my cell phone purchase and switch so easy and painless. I will be a customer for life.

I had a fantastic experience with Eric. My old phone had just died and I told Eric I needed to be in and out of the store as fast as possible. Eric got me set up with a new pone and had me back on my way in just 30 mins, and that was even when he was helping other customers!! I highly recommend this store and will guarantee that I will be back the next time I need help with my device.

Eric was fantastic. Got us set up with great deals and 2 brand new phones for an amazing price. Bill for 4 lines and two new phones now is just slightly higher than we were paying SPRINT ripoff artists for two lines and one new/one 6 year old phone. I will never go back to SPRINT. I was very satisfied with the service I received from the Forest Lake store. Pat was very helpful in trouble shooting my phone and helping solve the problem. I take care of the phones at my work and I send my co-workers to the FL store when I am not able to provide a solution. Very helpful.

I bought a phone online i took it there it was reported stolen so by law they had to take the phone. So I was out $300 so if youre going to buy a phone online from somebody meet them at a Verizon store beforehand.
