I say avoid this one! I came here for three reasons. 1) Trade in old iphone for credit, 2) buy iphone 6 case and 3) register a network extender we were given. I was greeted by Richard who took my information and then proceeded to shove products down my throat. Literally going behind the counter to hand me things I didnt ask for and didnt want. I picked out a case while I waited, got taken by an associate to trade in my phone. Afterwards she told me (not asked if) we were finished and I said no, I needed to register a device and buy this case I was holding on to. She didnt know how so she got someone who did, Richard. I took out the paper that had every single number from the device on it and he asked if I had it there. Uh, no, its at home, extending my network. He told me I had to have the physical device with me because there was information on it that he needed. I showed him the piece of paper and the multitudes of numbers I had written down and asked if there was a different number than those. He then changed his argument and said he needed the device so that he could verify it was a verizon device. I suggested to him that the numbers would tell him that once he typed them in. He refused and was apparently so fed-up with me that he just walked away. I didnt even get to purchase the case I needed! I usually really like Verizon but this store, or at least Richard, was so unwilling to help me and down right rude to me, that Ill never go to this store again. I suggest you do the same.

They even admitted they completed wasted my time, repeatedly, and apologized - but they were completely incompetent to match the price I had been given online. This store is a waste of space. Utterly useless. I ordered a device online, to pick up in the store. I arrived, was put on a waiting list, and stood there for 45 minutes, with the phone I came to pick up just sitting next to me on the counter. After someone finally helped me, they tried to charge me too much. They claimed the credit card information run online was just to hold the phone, which is fine. So I owed the $30 phone upgrade fee, but then they tried to charge me an extra $50 for the phone. The phone was free online, $50 in stores, which is why I ordered online. The worker helping me first said I was wrong, then he looked it up (to prove me wrong) and admitted I was right. He tried running it a few times, but he couldnt fix the error and charge me what I was supposed to be charged. So I had to go home to order the phone online and wait over the weekend.

Had the worst experience in this store that I ever had. I went in to do a up grade and as a Verizon customer of 12 years I was looking at my options. As I was talking to the in store rep. about what I need the phone to do she told me that I was wasting her time because there is a lot of other people in the store today that are ready to buy and not ask questions. I asked for the manager and she just walked away. So I left and as I walked out the door some guy (I dont know if he was a manager) stopped me and said that he would have the time to assist me. I told him that your store had the chance and after waiting for 30 min before someone could help me and than she did not have the time I just left. I called Verizon from my phone on the way home and got all 4 of my phones up dated and also order 3 tablets. So to the lady that did not did not have time for me sucks to be you and you just lost out on some good commission. Thanks for wasting my time

I like Motorola RAZRs and have used them for about 10 years. The last two I purchase on EBay or or CL and I need help getting them switched over. The service here at the WoodBury Verizon store has always been stellar! My wife and I have been in any number of times - she gets a new IPhone every time a slightly revised version comes out and always has questions. I walked in tonight and Marisa came up to me right away and asked how she could help. I said I needed to transfer everything from my old red RAZR to the new silver RAZR. and activate the new one. Oh she said! I loved that phone! She started poking it right away and within a few minutes I was ready to go! Marisa was friendly, super competent, and eager to do a good job for me. I was very pleased, especially in light of the grim reviews posted here, and offered her a $10 tip which she refused.

I stopped in two separate times over two days. The first day working with James was awesome, he was clear, answered all my questions perfectly and was super helpful. My wife and I came in the next day and work with Josh. He was very friendly and informative and extremely patient considering we had an 11 month old screeching and toddling around. He suggested several phones for me because I decided to switch from an iPhone. I decided to go with the pixel and it is awesome. Honestly weve always had good experiences with Verizon and this continue to be some of the best experiences weve had for phone stuff.

Hands down the best service Ive had dealing with a phone dealer. I went into the store and was greeted right away by a nice woman who directed me over to Josh who was awesome right off the bat! He was very easy to work with and extremely helpful and ready to answer questions about my iPhone. I had told Josh about my previous visits to another Verizon location that werent so pleasant. He quickly changed my views on the dealer and definitely made the drive to this location worth my while! I will absolutely be back to this location and will recommend to others who are looking for a new Verizon store.

The worst experience I have ever had at any store. Do not go here, I would give it minus stars if I could. They are helpful until you buy and after that they want nothing to do with you, I guess not realizing that you will be upgrading in a year or two and will switch carriers. They have a spiel when theyre selling and you have to know your stuff because half of what they tell you isnt true, and every associate tells you something different. Even if I lose money when A T &T offers something I am switching.

I have had lots of issues with Verizon over the past 6 months. During the Samsung note 7 nightmare and 4 different phones in 3 months, I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I needed a phone that wasnt going to explode! I had very few options during the 2nd recall and ended up with a Motorola, not happy with this device and will be going to AT&T or T Mobile now since Verizon wont help me.

Preudence, or something like that was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I dont understand why people like her are allowed to work in customer service. I have less than a year left with Verizon. I left TMobile and their amazing CS for the iPhone. I will not be renewing my contract with Verizon based on their absolutely appalling CS. From the stores to the call center.
