This past Saturday I went to AT&T in Forest Lake, Minnesota, the lady was not very helpful or serious about trying to help me upgrade my phone. Didnt even try to seriously call other places to see if they had a 128gb iPhone 6s Plus. So, I went to Lino Lakes, Minnesota AT&T... Where do I even begin.... At first, the Customer Service was AMAZING!! Up until the "MANAGER", Joe, asked me what phone I was looking to upgrade to, so I told him that I was looking to upgrade to a 128gb iPhone 6s Plus in Rose Gold from my 5s iPhone. He told me that "128gb iPhone 6s Plus are ONLY for Photographers and Videographers.." But he told me he would "Try to get me the 128gb." He went back to the room that they keep all of the phones and came out and told me they didnt have ANY iPhone 6s Plus in 128gb AT ALL... Uhhhh what?! So I went to a 64gb, in a color that I did not want, silver, (Im impatient and wanted my new phone). He transferred everything over to the new phone, gave me "freebies" which added up to $100 worth of things, while he changed my moms phone plan to an Unlimited Data AND signed us up for a new DirecTV plan to "Save us money".... Come to find out, he was actually just trying to make a sale on that one. Anyways, once he got all of my stuff transferred to my new iPhone, he had me set up everything and make sure things transferred smoothly, they did and everything was there! Oh but wait, it gets better. I could make calls, send out text messages and receive text messages but I could not receive phone calls for the whole night. We called AT&T and had them try to figure out what was wrong, they couldnt. But thats not the point, the point is, he didnt even bother trying to make a call to my phone to make sure it was working properly! So we went back on Sunday before I had to work. This guy was EXTREMELY helpful, I asked him about everything that the "Manager," Joe, told me and 1. 128gb phones are NOT only for Photographers and Videographers.. 2. OMG THEY HAD A 128GB IN ROSE GOLD 3. The 2nd new phone worked and the guy made sure that it did! He changed everything that Joe messed up! My mom called Lino Lakes AT&T tonight and Joe DENIED, E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G.... He "never" told me 128gb iPhones were only for Videographers and Photographers and blah blah blah. He pretty much told my mom that I was lying, when I wasnt. At all. And how in the world would I come up with "128gb iPhones are only for Videographers and Photographers" ?!! I barely even knew the word Videographers let alone how to use it in a sentence

If I could rate this as absolutely no stars I would. Today we talked to 611 and had a few questions, they answered great! I was supposed to be able to get a new empty SIM card, free of charge until activation fees, to activate a phone tomorrow at any location or online when we had the phone we were activating. I went to this lino lakes location off of Apollo and Joe rung me up. He said my charge was $5.35, I said really, he rudely replied with "April first 2016 policy changed and they charge now". I was surprised and didnt do it because I was just told this morning it was supposed to be no charge until I activate it. As I was leaving, he made a smart remark and goes "yeah see copper back, thats why they charge now". I left and called my grandmother to let her know it wasnt free. Anyway, my grandmother went to the Fridley/Columbia Heights location pretty much the same time (we both didnt know we were at ATT) and got the SIM for free. All would have been fine... Up until I call to let Joe know that somethings up because we werent just charged at the other location. He said you watched me ring it up (which was false I was watching my 3yr old son so he didnt break anything) and then he extremely rudely asked me if I was saying he was committing fraud. I said no and as I went to explain why I was asking he hung up on me. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Joe is very unpleasant and extremely rude.

Chase and TJ are awesome! This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had at a wireless store! I added a new phone and transferred all info to a second. They were super patient, attentive and answered all questions with competence!
