She made everything easy to understand, found the very best plan for our family, and got us the best rebates! She transferred everything from our old phones to new ones while we shopped! Terrible knowlege on phones and service. The girl there had no idea about a smart phone. The girl also could not transfer contacts or my photos I went to sprint store and they did it for me. I will never goto best buy mobile again.
