I went here to get a phone in Jan 2013. I had a decent experience with the rep there, although he somewhat bent the truth about getting a refund on my insurance premium if I didnt have any claims in two years. I dont remember his name but he was a blonde, younger male. Just recently I returned to upgrade my phone and was not happy with my experience. I felt rushed and that I was a nuisance rather than a customer. I was told by Dallas if I did the edge plan Id get $25/off per month and would get 10gb of data for what I was paying now, and the bill would be $2.50/month more with the phone payment plan. I was assured more than once this would be the price difference, except he failed to look at how much I was actually paying for 8gb of data currently and that Id actually have to pay $12.50/month extra with the edge plan. Mistakes happen, and that would have been fine except I felt lied to twice after that. The phone I wanted wasnt in stock. I was told I had to choose between edge or 2 yr. standard contract in order for him to order the phone so "they know how to process it." I chose edge and got a confirmation email that showed his error with the pricing, after I looked deeper into the plans. Luckily my phone wasnt in stock so I had time to find his mistake before I was rushed into believing the price he told me. I was just going to have it sent back since he said I had to choose between edge and the 2 yr. contract, thinking I only had the one option I chose. When I went to the store he said it was fine to do a 2 yr. contract. To save the hassle of ordering at another store and waiting longer, I just went with it and purchased the phone and 2 year contract at that time. I was told by Dallas that if I wanted insurance coverage I had to buy it right then and there "to make sure the phone was ok" and that I could not elect to add insurance later. I chose not to purchase their insurance (not a good deal). Sure enough, a couple days later I got an email from verizon stating I have 30 days to add insurance coverage if I choose. This person needs to get his facts straight and pay attention to the details. Phone prices and verizon service are not cheap, and the customer service here should be better. The little things add up to a lot of money over a span of 2 years. I would never recommend anyone purchase a phone/plan at this location. Next time Ill head to a different store or just order online.

Im sitting here waiting to pay my phone bill for more than 20 minutes, and this is by far not the first time...meanwhile the worker barely noticed me n said a word while he helps this mom grt her and her family all these new iphones. This is really annoing. Glad Im switching to tmobile

Not sure what to make of this place so Ill say its ok. Went in once and got horrible service from a manager and another employee. Went in recently cause its close and got incredible service from a young lady working that day. Hit or miss I guess.

Excellent service and assistance in choosing and setting up phones! Verizon has a great cellular network and Dallas and his team in Inver Grove Heights take great care of us with the hardware!

Wait time is unprofessionally too long at this location. Staff state "Ill be right with you." I have had to wait 20-45 minutes each time I have been to this location. Bring your stop watch.
