Typically I never have an issue with this location but this time was obviously different... I was told I was the next in line which is fine untill all the employees go in back when they finished with their customer... So I left to come back... When I came back they were busy which is fine besides now I have my two kids with me and all I wanted to do is switch my plan back to the unlimited data and have a cord replaced which was defective ..Zach asks me for my license which I left in my truck but I gave him my password (which come to find out is pointless to have setup) But since I was not about to bring my kids acrossed the parking lot to grab verification (point of the password) he cant do anything to my account nor switch a cord... Oh did I mention I am over a 10 year customer?? What a joke worst experience ever with Verizon today and typically Im not one to complain but to have me wait as long as I did and not to be able to do anything I will just deal with the manager who know how to treat his customers or spend the time on the phone with Verizon versus dealing with that care free environment today.. where is the manager today??? Either that or where is an application?? to work in a place where you do what you want?

This place is absolutely horrible. Ive had Verizon for 11 years and Ive been in this store three times and all three times, the workers treated me like I didnt matter. It seemed like the only thing they cared about was making money for themselves instead of customer service. I instead went to the Verizon store on 11 mile and Harper and the girl there, Robyn, was absolutely amazing. She gave my fiancee and I the deal that we asked about at this store and treated us with respect. I will never go back to this store. They almost made me want to switch services I was so angry.

This place is no good. The customer service is subpar. I stood in the front of the shop looking at iPad and not a single employee acknowledged I was there. No one came to me and asked if I needed help or what I was there for. Now mind you, 3 employees were just standing behind the destination talking to each other. While I was there I read information on 3 pads and 2 phones and still... no one came to me to asked if I needed help. Ill take the drive to 9 and harper.

A horrible experience. They could not setup my brand new iPhone 7+ that I bought online. I spent hours with Verizon tech support and they said DOA. And tech support. said go to the store and get a new phone. They would not do an exchange due to a discount I received. They suggested Apple Store. Which I did and Apple just gave me a new phone promptly. I do not recommend this place due to the manager.

The manager was on his phone the entire time I was in the store. I bought a case from another location and its already starting to break. He told me that its been longer than 2 weeks(17 days) and thats what warrantys are for. I guess that answer was supposed to be good enough, because he went back to playing on his phone while the other employee searched for warranty info

I sat and waited for over 45 minutes, to. Get my phone replace only to find out that the woman who had told me she would be able to activate a new one, could not. She was extremely un professional, and upon telling me she could not preform the activation she previously said she would, she told me to "text her" when giving me her business card.

Well waited for over a hr and checked in when I walked in. I was told it would be a wait. Not a big deal. However When I asked where I was on the list I was told I got skipped. That it would be 20 more minutes. So I left without being helped I dont plan on returning to this location

I have been to alot of Verizon stores, but this one is THE BEST by far!! Not high pressure, the know what there talking about, and they are so professional and curtious! Im never going to anyone but this one again! I recommended Jimmy or Michael. Both are fantastic from my experience!
