DISHONEST THIEVES! Ported two lines and got two phones - the salesperson overcharged me by adding on Name ID and Premium Handset Protection plans to both phones even though I declined all additional services (and the carbon copy Start of Service Request filled out by the employee reflects that I declined). The total came to $66 when it should have been $18 less. They very sneakily Put it on the bill as two $33 "Service Payments" - even if there is a legitimate $3 convenience fee for making an over-the-counter payment, WHY WHERE TWO CHARGES MADE? I was signing up two phones to one account - that means ONE CHARGE! not to mention, the price shouldnt even be $60 for two lines - the second line is supposed to be discounted on a family plan. No wonder they have to have their own security guards - I cant imagine Im the first person to realize Ive been dooped out of hard-earned money. In the neighborhood theyre in, its just a matter of time until they try to pull this kind of stuff on the wrong person. I just called customer service and got a bill credit for the difference, so Im cool - but someone else out there might not be as cool as me.

Their a OK cell phone company I had them for a while now you can up date your phone every three months so you get up the damn phone and decent price not like Verizon and theyll charge you are my lady for the internet and all that stuff and I mention tool they had to update their T-Mobile system the phone wasnt working when I was up north and some places but now it works all over the place so Ive been happy with him just getting used to the phone is always the fun part

Sales girl added a case for my phone to my bill told me btw you get a case too. Forgot to mention I wasnt getting a case rather being charged for a case I didnt even want but hey crocked charges and selling items or services you dont want is common I see now at MetroPCS

Service tech by the name of Terrance was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on all the phones in the store and helped my wofe and i choose a phone that was great for our everyday needs. Very clean location and great service!
