Tiger Auto Sales is located on a fairly busy street in a seemingly nice area. The cars on the lot all look nice and are priced reasonably. Nemr assisted me and was very friendly, disclosing accident and title information upfront. My biggest piece of advice, however, is to take any top contender(s) to a mechanic. Upon taking a car that I was interested in to a mechanic, it was disclosed that the car would need rear brakes, and most of all, a transmission. Once this was disclosed to Nemr, he told me to walk away from the car. The reason for the low rating was how Nemr took the feedback. Instead of offering me other cars to look at or bargaining to repair the car, he badly talked about the repair shop that did the inspection. It left a pretty bad taste in my mouth and had me question the condition of other cars in the lot. Im sure there are some good cars, but take any top contenders to a mechanic!

Absolutely horrible customer service. After going in to test drive, I contacted this dealership four separate times (via phone and email) to obtain pricing and a copy of the inspection for the car I was interested in. I was hurried off the phone but multiple employees and never contacted again. The entire encounter was completely unprofessional, and frankly, its concerning that they could not send over the information I needed. I would not recommend giving your business to this dealership

Not pushy or overbearing just great customer service all around. I recommend this Auto Sales company for anybody whos in the market for a vehicle. They should make it a law that places of business disclose if they are in a bad area. It would have been nice to know before driving over an hour that this dealership is located in the middle of the GHETTO. We didnt even go into the dealership because we were afraid to get out of the car.

I contacted them 3 times via their website with ONE simple question. Never got a response. Obviously they dont need to sell cars or they are just that lazy. Either way, there are to many other car dealers out there. I will spend my money elsewhere.

The service was outstanding and personal, the owner son Adam was very helpful and nice to me and my wife. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking for a car. They even delivered the car to my house to surprise my wife.

I read the other review about it being in a ghetto part of town. When I arrived it is obviously not in a ghetto. Very busy and safe retail and commercial area. Sales people were nice and I did buy a car for a fair price. Thanks.
