I had been looking to lease a Volt for a month or so. Had found Serra cheverolet to offer the best rates, and at the end of aug. they threw an add $1000 discount off (it was only for 2 days, as I ran the numbers I found my AAA insurance was going to cost to much. The day after the sale I found out AAA is very expensive on the VOLT. So I ran another company and found it much cheaper but by then the price was back up. The sales man was trying to get me the old rate, and was not able to and they sold out of 2013s. This was the same day GM added $500 for all 2013 left in stock. So I sent and email around to local dealers with the pricing I was looking for. John Folino from your dealership contacted me early the next morning saying he could meet the numbers. I made an appt. to see him that afternoon. After running the numbers he was $30 higher per month than what I stated in the email. Before I left he went to the financial guy and got approval to do the deal he had told me in the email he could do. I bought the car, John was great to work with did the best Job I have ever had of someone going over every feature of my car. The car was charged / clean and full of gas. The pick up portion of the transaction was wonderful. I am still bugged by the fact that he emailed saying he could do the deal, then when I got there the offer was up $30 / month. Then went to the sales manager to get the offer he said he could do. Deffinetly felt like we were playing some kind of game. (and to that end I guess you won cause I actually agreed to terms $2 more per month than I originally said I would). Other than that I love the car and the service John and your crew provided.

This is a great dealership to work with until you sign the paperwork. Once your money is theirs they stop being friendly and/or helpful. Pray you dont have any issues because the service team wont be able to help unless its something basic. I had an issue with newer breaks squeaking. First they couldnt find any issues, second visit they told me to replace the pads. Rather than just pads I replaced the rotors, and flushed the lines. Still breaks were squeak. I spoke to Ron (who I was told is the asst mgr by the lady who answered my call). Since Im a female and couldnt remember the part I was suggested to bring up as a possible culprit Ron spoke to me as if I were an uneducated inconvenience. He asked me to call him back with the part. Naturally he didnt answer when I called back. Its going on 3 weeks later and still no call back. Today I brought my car in for an oil change (I only brought here bc the special they had going on was way cheaper than other dealers in the area). I handed my coupon w/ mileage to Bryan. He told me they werent taking any more oil changes for the day (3 hours before they close?). I explained that Mark literally just told another customer there was an hour wait. Bryan rolled his eyes as he turned away to find out if I was lying. Upon returning he balled up my coupon and threw it away. I reminded him my miles were on it - he didnt care. Nothing but attitude for the rest of my short visit with him. I cant stand being disrespected so I gave it right back and reminded him that its his job to help customers and he shouldnt be so rude Thanks but no thanks - last time Ill come here!

I think I can safely say that I have had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with Lou LaRiche. My father and I went to pick up my car which was being serviced under warranty. The passenger side door had a large, deep scratch that was not there when I dropped the car off. When we attempted to speak with the service staff about the scratch they insisted that they were not responsible and that the scratch must have been there before but that we hadnt noticed because the car had some road salt on it. When we insisted that this was not true we were fiercely interrogated in a humiliating and infantilizing manner about the origins of each and every paint flaw on my car. Despite the fact that I knew which scratches were old and had not happened at Lou LaRiche, anything less than a full history of each paint flaw was held as evidence that I could not possibly have known that the new scratch was new. The whole exchange made my father quite angry and made me cry. The staff was aggressive, rude, and callous. Not only did they fail to care for my car correctly, they failed to show me basic human dignity. I can not even begin to put my disappointment into words. I will have no future dealings with Lou LaRiche and encourage others to avoid them as well.

I have been dealing with Lou LarRiche for the last 8 years. They were great until the vehicle was purchased. I purchased a brand new 2008 Chevy Silverado with 1 mile on it. I has issues with this truck literately 6 days later. Service made several promises that they did not follow through from. From the time the truck has 8,000 Miles on it, it burned over 1 quart of oil for every 1,000 miles driven. After leading me to spending thousands in repairs, they mentioned I could get consumption test and if proven to be burning oil they would make it right. Needless to say they never made it right. I spent almost $50,000 on a vehicle that was not reliable. In addition, thousands of dollars in engine repairs over and over again. Lou LaRiche never made it right, and just pushed me off for years and years. Wish I would have dumped the truck back off on them 8 years ago. I have been a Loyal Chevy man my entire life, have multiple family members who work for Chevy, but I can say I will never buy a Chevy again due to Lou LaRiche. If you must have a Chevy I would suggest buying your Vehicle from someone else. Craig Kolin

First of all, to those who wrote negative remarks, I read two of them and stopped. I say "Shame on those who wrote 1-2 star comments". Its far from the truth. My wife and I spent 1-2 hours on November 30th, 2016 leasing a new 2017 Impala. Our sales Representative along with Keith who does the paperwork for the State of Michigan took very good care of us. Other employees we saw or briefly spoke with were most friendly and pleasant. So those of you who choose to write a negative about this dealership perhaps you need to look elsewhere for a vehicle or if youre upset with the world, stay home! Your comments are from from appreciated. We have dealt with Mr. John Krutlin for many years, initially at Cauley in West Bloomfield before Chevrolet unfortunately closed the dealership over 5 years ago, transferred to Lou Lariche and has been an award salesperson here as well. Bottom line to those who doubt this dealership: Its a pleasant place to visit, look at vehicles; get your car properly serviced and hopefully buy or lease a new car or truck. Why go anyplace else?
