My experience was a nightmare, and Im still having issues with them almost 5 (!!!) months later. This is the very short story, highlighting a few of the issues (sadly, there are many more): I was treated incredibly disrespectfully by the credit manager. He was rude, condescending and completely inconsiderate to be short. 6 hours of a work day were lost because they did not have my paperwork ready to sign and the car I was purchasing ready for me like I was told was the case. I got completely screwed when they did not pay the full amount due on a lease turn-in as was in the contract. The lease turn-in also sat on their lot for over 3 weeks. Because of this, negative credit reporting resulted. I was assured by Tim, the general manager, that a letter would be sent asking to reverse the negative reporting and a copy would be sent to me, but this never happened. Also, I received 1 key for the new car. I was told a 2nd one would be on rush order. Never got one. Ive put in many calls to the dealership, left voice mails for Tim, contacted Feldman Automotive, and have received no response and no help in resolving these problems. The one time that I did get a call back from Tim, it was after he read a negative review I left of the dealership on Yelp. He told me that in return for me deleting that review of my awful experience, hed correct my issues: reprimand the credit manager, get me a 2nd key, turn over the leased car finally, pay off my old lease, write the letter asking to reverse negative credit reporting, etc etc. Well... I did, and only some has happened. Basically, he tried to bribe me. The review is now back up. The saddest part, they were highly recommended by a friend of mine. They dont come recommended any more. Im reporting them to the BBB and the State of Michigan for their lack of follow-through on their end of the contract and their word as well as awful service. Dont visit this place. You cant trust them. Once they have your signature, theyre done with you.

I just purchased a 2015 Silverado 2500 diesel and didnt even have 200 miles on it before the vehicle started vibrating at 70 mph and over. I contacted my sales person and he told me to bring it in for service, which I did. Service is very nice, but you have to explain things a few times to a few different people. Service told me they test drove the vehicle and didnt feel anything, I asked if they took it on the freeway since "it only does it over 70", well, no!!! I was than asked if I could take the mechanic for a test drive, which I did, the mechanic stated he felt the vibration while on the freeway. They decided (guessed) it was defective tires, so they put 2 tires on the rear, this is Friday afternoon. As Im driving home (an hour away from dealership) theres the vibration. I drive the vehicle another hour back to the dealership on Monday and Im still waiting 3 days later!!!!! According to the call I got, they havent done anything to my truck other than test driving it up and down Plymouth and they dont know when theyll get to it.....REALLY?????? Well lets see, I dropped it off with a full tank of gas itll be interesting to see how much gas I have left and what my mileage is if and when I get my truck back. The dealership says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, well Im not even close to being satisfied!!!! Im so upset with this dealership, I obviously have a lemon law case on my hands and told them so since they didnt even give me the invoice from the first time I was in for service. I was told that it would be reviewed and mailed to me, possibly with labor charges!!!!! The bottom line is this, either fix my car right or give me my money back and Ill go elsewhere...I shouldnt have to deal with this headache, but unfortunately Im not a priority, the dealership got their sale and Im sitting here getting ready to make a payment on a vehicle I drove for 8 days and dont even have because the mechanics are too busy to get to it!!!! Spoke with sales personnel for 5 days concerning buying a used truck listed on their website. Told them I would be coming by today to buy it/trade in my current vehicle. Called them before I left, and halfway through my drive there to get the truck to tell them that I was on my way. After an hour of driving I arrived. Someone Id never spoken with on the phone approached me and the buying process began. She indicated she did not know what vehicle I was there for. Then it was to my shock that the truck had been sold already. I was confused since I had called and inquired about it continuously for days. And then I was annoyed but I stuck around to see if they had any others like it in stock. The salesperson took me around the lot and showed me other similar trucks all the while asking me questions about what I was looking for. I said specifically just that truck or one like it. She then tried to sell me on leasing a vehicle, to which I declined multiple times. And then when I indicated a V6 wouldnt work she asked me how much weight I was pulling. I said I dont remember exact pounds but a V6 isnt going to work. To which she felt like she had to tell me the exact amount of pounds a V6 could pull, like shed ever pulled a trailer or a boat in her life. I did not appreciate her trying to make me feel small about such a little thing. I then told her my bf drives a duramax, and that stopped that line of conversation. It was then apparent that they knew before I left that they did not have the truck. But they did not tell me because they wanted to still try and sell me something. Needless to say the old bait and switch didnt work with me. Im never shopping with them again.

Let me explain how I went from never coming back to Feldman, to most likely a customer for life, because of one exceptional employee who, from what Ive gathered, is relatively new. I brought my 2017 Midnight Edition Silverado in for its first routine oil change on a Friday. The servicing was thorough and complete and Tim informed me they always do a 27 point inspection for problems. I received the call to come pick it up after servicing was complete. It was freshly washed, although it was relatively clean upon bringing it in. I noticed there was a subtle driver side door ding slightly above the side molding, meaning something bumped the molding and pressed the door in a hair. So.. One thing to know about me - I will ALWAYS park on the end spot, hog 2 spaces, or park in the middle of nowhere. I was instantly upset because I go so far out of my way to avoid parking next to careless buttholes and now I had a ding that wasnt there before I brought the vehicle in. I showed it to Tim in service, he doubted it was from a hoist because there was no paint rubbed on it, but instantly said let me grab the body shop manager and PDR guy and see what we can do for you. PDR confirmed he can get it out in a morning. Tim said he would take care of it for me, bring the vehicle back on Wednesday and well get it taken care of, courtesy of Feldman. Its customer service like this that makes me love a Chevy dealer like Feldman. We could have argued that the ding was there before and that I was on my own, so on and so forth... but instead, Tim stepped up and Feldman Chevrolet took care of me. On that note - Ill see you on my next service appointment. Thank you.
