This is a great store. They seem to cater to everybody, not just russian population. The selection of russian food (which is what I was most interested in) is great. The prices are certainly a bit lower than in other russian stores. Will definitely pay regular visits there. Last but not least, if you spend $25 you wil get a free gift(juice or cookies or whatever the selection might be).

I love the people who run this place. Even though I speak not a word of Russian, theyre always pleasant and honest (unlike their very unfriendly competitors over behind Needham Street). It aint Whole Foods and they wont win any decorating awards, but prices are very good, I can usually get what I need including excellent wines, and I dont begrudge giving them my business as I do W.F.

If I could give you negative 5 starts I would. The older lady in the deli section is a liar, we asked her for some directions and advice what to buy. She sold us stinky hot dogs and other food which impossible to eat. It just to far for us to drive and return what she suggest to buy. She should be a shame of herself but people like herself never do.

This is the coolest market in town. Unusual delicious foods, very, very good pricing--especially next to the major supermarkets--and chock full of yummy surprises that are worth tasting. I no longer go into name brand supermarkets, except for fish at B&C Definitely try it!

It is not the closest to my home, but the food and its price are good and, most important, the staff is nice and caring, and going there is almost like visiting friends by now.

They give as a gift the jar of Indian pickles which is full of vinegar and harmful for your health.
