I have been here many times since the store opened but mostly to purchase canned cat food they have and for dog treats. Today I went in to purchase Merrick dog food and came across multiple ripped bags that had been taped closed. I expressed my belief that these bags should not be on the shelf and was told by the clerk this is what she had been instructed to do. I wouldnt purchase a bag of potato chips from the market that had already been opened. Why would I purchase a bag of dog food? Petco if this is your policy, I will not shop here again. This is my dogs safety we are talking about.

I come here mainly for the staff. Theyre all very kind and the one lady there is very well versed in animal care. They love hearing about my cats and Im more than willing to blab about my boys. I would say sometimes certain food products for older cats arent there. I usually have to go else where for that but I expect that seeing that this store is pretty small, and it seems to cater more towards dogs and younger cats. But everything else regarding cat care (like litter, toys, health and beauty products) is well stocked.

We walked up from our house with our dog and was surprised that there are no bowls of water for thirsty pets. When we asked the cashier for water we got a bit of attitude and something about they have no bowls to put water in. There were about 6 dogs in the store and bowls out with treats. This is after we spent $60 in the store . Weird.

I love the employees here. They are always SUPER friendly to all the dogs and very helpful. My doggy and I also took training classes here with Miriam, and it was well worth it. Miriam is an excellent trainer!

Only one star for location... Minuses for not allowing Negros to shop on their own, instead as you stepped into the store a Negro is followed around and treated like a shoplifter, than an actual paying

This actually had a good selection for what is usually a downsized version of a Petco. Due to being in the city, there isnt much parking though. The vet Co clinics there are also really convenient.

Convenient location, super friendly staff and a nice variety of products. There are a couple of other pet supply stores within a mile or two but this one cant be beat for convenience.

Friendly employees! I asked them if they had Nutro grain free and they said yes and walked me back to the product. Helpful and friendly employees. Great service!

Nice people, but place is a bit frufru. They let you take your pets in, if you want to. Tends to focus on pricier items that are more style than substance.
