First of all, as soon as I walked In it smelled absolutely DISGUSTING. Second, as you should be greeted when you walk into a store we were not. My friend & I came in looking for a Maltese mix puppy and after 20-30 minutes walking in no one said not ONE thing, no greet, no help, NOTHING AT ALL. Finally when we got a hold of someone. a short, sorta chubby, brunette hair young lady, I dont know her name but I know she has a black & white puppy. We asked her the pricing of certain dogs & she told us. When it came down to asking to see dogs she bluntly says "are you going to buy or make a deposit... HOW am I supposed to know if I want to buy or make a deposit if I havent even seen or touched ONE SINGLE PUPPY which I am going to spend $1100 on?!?!???? Are you guys money hungry or do you actually care what home your puppy gets into because it does not seem like it. She continues to say "well we cant really take them out & u cant see or play with any puppies unless your going to buy or make a deposit" are you kidding me?! Are these the rules you enforce?? For one to make such a big purchase you cant even see the puppy first? That is completely absurd!! This place lacks a great amount or curtosey, class, and common sense. Its upsetting how I actually wanted to purchase a puppy, that I only saw through silver cage bars for $1100 and the employees completely changed that. They dont know how to treat customers with curtosey and respect. If I go into a puppy store asking for prices and want to see and for gods sake touch puppies I will consider to purchase, why cant I do that? Do I have to drop cash on the floor to let you know Im interested in buying a puppy or is walking into your store not enough? Terrible TERRIBLE service, terrible oder, TERRIBLE staff. Just sad. Majority of these puppies wont be bought since money is your #1 concern & because of your staff so congratulations, you played yourself.

Our puppy, purchased in June, battled over two months of Giardiasis (parasite/blood in stool/diarrhea). He was treated with several different antibiotics over 8+ weeks. He currently has a very sensitive digestive system, and we expect this to be a lifelong issue. Just puppies appointed vet advised this is "normal", as did Just Puppies. This just isnt the case. While I am not on the "adopt dont buy" kick, and truly appreciate a purebred dog, there are ways to do it reputably. There is an enormous amount of research that can be done on what makes a breeder reputable, but here are my points: 1. Reputable breeders will have one, maybe two litters a year. They will breed one breed of dog- sometimes and rarely two, as their passion. They wont cross breed. 2. Reputable breeders do not sell dogs (or have dogs) with the giardiasis parasite. 3. Reputable breeders will not sell their dogs to puppy stores. Period. Just Puppies was also unable to provide a breeder inspection report or breeder contact information upon request. Red flag. I was able to track down the breeder, see the facility via google earth, and also requested photos via email. I was pleased (surprised) at the condition of the facility - however, he did breed 4 or 5 different types of dogs. The look and quality of his dogs were so-so. As a side note, I found *most* of the staff to be polite, helpful, and incredibly caring. I only spoke to one individual (non-manager and not the sales associate we worked with) and she was extremely rude. The manager and our sales associate were wonderful. We will not ever be "buying" from this location, or any puppy store for that matter, again. If you are spending close to $1K on a dog, do it right and without the associated risks.

Ended up coming here with my family members to purchase an "American" Cocker Spaniel, although we found out months later that out the dog was an ENGLISH Cocker Spaniel. Bad place, ended up selling dogs that are from puppy mills, foul smell coming from the back and from the crates. Service was TERRIBLE they had to "prep" the dog before we could take him home and the staff were EXTREMELY RUDE to me and my family and didnt even greet us when we came in. Also didnt even care what happened to our dog. The staff also talked about the dogs they were selling as "healthy" yet after taking him to the vet a day later he ended up having fleas and had very bad diarrhea. 99% of the dogs that come through Just Puppies dogs have USDA tags, further more indicating that the puppies they are coming from puppy mills. Did my own research and found out that Just Puppies SUPPORTS puppy mills. Over money and the well being of an animal the company and they would pick the money option the minute I said I wanted to play with a certain puppy they said that I had to reserve or buy him. Not to mention that the back side of some stores (The place where it stinks the most in the store) harbor sick puppies who arent being treated properly, although the workers are saying they are. My family ended up purchasing the dog after this and at the beginning of his ownership he was VERY sick, though I do not regret purchasing my Cocker Spaniel though I will never again support people who buy puppies from puppy mills, I recommend others to do the same to help save more dogs that may be mistreated in the future.

The worst place to buy a dog! First off as soon as I walked in the smell (foul smell) in that store completely smacked my sister and I in the face. I was close to purchasing a cocker spaniel that was 2 months old. I fell in love with the little guy and was seriously interested in purchasing. There were 3 staff members there that were completely LAZY & RUDE! One was just sitting down at the front just on her phone, not even paying attention to see if anyone needed any help. Also no one even greets you when you walk in they just stare at you like idiots that they are. Im so angry at the fact that, I considered really buying from them. The second staff member just walked right passed me and saw me standing for nearly 20 mins waiting and didnt say one word. The third one gave me the nastiest attitude ever! I politely asked about the dog, she kept saying how the paper work had to be done by 7:00 because they close at 8pm. It was not even 6pm when I was telling her that I was interested in buying. Then she said to come back tomorrow because they still had to "prep" the dog, whatever that means. Anyway I ended up just leaving because at that point I was so irritated and blown away at how rude they are. Later on find out that these dogs come from PUPPY MILLS. These are not healthy dogs. They probably arent even bathed because that whole store smells worse then the Elephant House at the zoo. DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE! Please save yourself from walking into this store.

First off this place smells worse than any other pet store Ive ever walked in to. Ive been there on two separate occasions and both times the smell was very overpowering. Secondly, service is horrible. We waited around for a 15 minutes trying to get their attention because we wanted to play with a dog (and possibly buy). When we finally got someone to attend us (we had to walk right in front of them to have them stop and attend us), she told us that she is not the person who deals with that. Ok.....so we waited around some more to try to get someone else to help us out and when we finally did she first said that the dog has played enough for the day. I politely told her that we intend to buy a dog but would like to play with them first to make sure its something wed want. Well, she then said that they usually dont let dogs out of their cages 30 minutes before closing. The only issue is that it was 45 minutes before closing, they were letting others handle other dogs, and the 10 minute play time rule they have posted all over the place apparently only applies whenever they feel like implementing it. There were people in the booths with the same dog from the moment we walked in (way over 10 minutes). We decided to just walk out politely without making a scene but wont be driving an hour to this place again.
