Dont get your dog groomed here. This is my first time bringing my dogs to get groomed here and I wont make that mistake again. Booked a grooming appointment for my 5 month old Great Pyrenees puppies. They are going through a shedding period and I feel like my brushes arent doing a good enough job. Appointment was booked for a time slot 3pm-5pm. When I dropped them off I was told I would get a call when they were done so I ran some errands. I came back at 5pm even though I hadnt received a phone call. When I walked in no one was around for about 5 minutes and there were people waiting to drop off their dogs but all the groomers were in the back. I would like to think that they were being productive but I doubt it. When I asked if my dogs were done getting groomed the groomer got a nasty, very unprofessional attitude. She asked what time I dropped them off and I told her 2:45pm. She responded telling me that they have a 4 hour window. No one cared to tell me that when I dropped them off. I decided to stay and wait for my puppies and in the meantime I have watched the groomers standing around doing nothing for about 15 minutes here and there. So my puppies and other peoples dogs have been sitting in a kennel for hours while the groomers stand around and gossip. It does not take that long to wash and brush a dog. It has now been 3 hours since I dropped them off and they still havent even started on my pups. These people are slow and unprofessional. I wont be bringing my puppies here again

my family, 11 various pets, and I will NO LONGER be shopping at PetSmart!! EVER. Especially this location while the current store manager is in charge. Ive never been overly thrilled in general with PetSmart, but when they are the only thing around... you just go, but after todays encounter with the store manager I will be taking my business to PET VALU a bit further away for better customer service. I completely understand "policy" (believe me, I worked as a CSR in a call center), but when a person is truly genuine in their loss, having receipts, and proof and you/your store/company still wont refund me $15 for a dead turtle I just. bought. yesterday, it is unacceptable. Youd rather lose a family and a upkeep of 11 critters (that money for food, bedding, toys, silly clothing pets shouldnt wear but we make them wear, etc) for you stupid "policy". WHAAAT?!?! Well, store manager of this location, you keep your policy and Ill take my money elsewhere. Thank you.

Friendly staff, variety of pet supplies but the return policy was not ideal or fair- seemingly a manager preference (shrug!) I asked to speak with a manager who felt he was giving me a somewhat long valid reason to why he could not honor my return or even try to look up an item. He said it was due to security reasons and without a receipt, returns/exchanges are no longer excepted. He would not even try to look up a dog gate that had all the tags on it but was purchased about a month earlier from a different store. After other customers shared their story of returning items recently including open dog food, it left me shocked at how this might be a personal feeling and I will return another to see the actual policy in writing.

My dogs have been clients of pet smarts grooming for 17 years. But, yesterday I took my bichon in for grooming, apparently no one even glanced at my request for what I wanted done. If you have knowledge of a bichons round head, not a difficult cut, but when I picked him up he had been cut from head to toe on the lowest adjustment on the clippers along with terrible razor burns. Needless to say I was livid. It takes for ever to grow the hair thats needed for that beautiful round bichon head cut. I will never step foot into petsmart grooming again. Not to mention they lost my seresto (high dollar) flea collar.

My dog had appointment on Wednesday and no one called to tell me the groomer was not coming in, so manager said I guess I will do him. My dog stayed there from 9:30am until 3pm. That was the worst cut I have ever seen. My dog is totally chopped up. Will look for another groomer because they seen to be having trouble keeping good help.

I have made 2 appointments to have my dog groomed, both times it was cancelled by Petco. I travel a lot for work and always take my dog. I have used Petco nation wide. I am very upset at this location I will never return to this store. The grooming salon needs to be managed a lot better what a let down.

Great location. Amazing, helpful, friendly staff really makes this chain store feel very community oriented. A wide variety of animals you can purchase as well as accessories, and its all well organized and very clean.

1st time customer. Employees were helpful & friendly. Shelves were fully stock. Prices were a little too high to me. I did purchase an item (outfit) for my dog that was on sale. But, I will go back.

Unlike the Petco in St. Marys county, the grooming salon takes better care in handling nervous dogs.
