So impressed with the customer service and the value. I recently watched the "Pet Fooled" documentary on Netflix, so naturally I freaked out about the garbage Ive been feeding my dogs. I did some research and found the best brands of kibble (NONE of which are sold in major pet food stores), and did some price comparing between a couple local stores. I found this place to have the best value. I called before I made the trip to make sure they had the product in stock. The gentleman on the phone was friendly and professional. Once I made it to the store, one of the employees got the bag of dog food off the shelf for me, carried it to the counter, rung me up, and then he carried the bag of food to my car! I feel so much better now knowing Im feeding my dogs healthy food, and so happy that I have a great place to purchase products from. Im a very happy customer.

I should have written this years ago, when Lenora (sp?) at the Rockville location helped us solve our late dogs dietary needs by suggesting the only food he could ever tolerate. He lived longer and healthier because of her help. This last month I contacted her for a suggestion for our 16 year old cat,who was suffering with arthritis pain; we were at our wits end as we could not find anything our cat would actually keep down. Lenora suggested Whole Pet Organics run free powder for dogs, after confirming it was safe for cats. We are astonished and so thankful for this miracle! We mixed it into her food and she is no longer limping. Her coat has even improved. She was chasing a toy today. Thank you Whole Pet and Lenora, who has always gone the extra mile for us and our companion animals. You have an awesome staff and we appreciate you all!!!

My favorite pet store! Small, but an excellent selection. Some of the prices are even better than comparable items at large box stores and online. The membership card is worth getting, and they let you know if a pet food has a frequent buyer program (and will take care of it for you). The staff is friendly and helpful. They also keep a bin next to the door for donating pet food to a local shelter.

Outstanding customer service! I called to see if they had Wondercide flea & tick spray. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the store 30 mins later, she had already pulled the spray and had it waiting for me at the register. I hadnt even asked her to do it. She said it was their last bottle, and she wanted to make sure I got it. Amazing!

This aint your Daddys PetCo/PetSmart. Outstanding selection of Natural/Organic/Raw Pet foods and holistic therapies, plus great prices on unique and hard to find supplies. The Staff is knowledgeable, professional, polite, mature and I intellectually honest. Prices are competitive.

Someone recommended me this store and I loved it because they carried Orijen food product. They also have a frequent buyer program for orijen and their own credit system that later gives you some discount. Staffs are friendly and I was very grateful to discover this store.

Prices are standard, they carry a lot of varieties and the lady running things is awesome with allergy/nutrient info on foods. Great unusual variety, my dog actually eats a kangaroo food. After the rewards program we save money compared to ordering online.
