YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS This Verizon wireless store should not even score a star. Two years ago, I purchased four phones from this store and two warranties. One of the phones that I was given was not the phone that I purchased. I had to wait a week from the time that I noticed the mistake to receive the correct phone. Recently, I accidently dropped my phone and the screen broke. I tried to place a claim with the warranty company but was denied the claim because not only was I given the wrong phone initially, but the store never applied the warranty to the correct phone. I have been trying to resolve this issue for almost a month. When I call the store to ask the status of my claim, I get told that they are working on the issue and then I am ignored because they are working with new customers. I am also not happy with a store that is not open according to their signs. If the sign says that you open at 9 am then it should be open at 9 am. The store employee should not be pulling up in their car at 9:15 am when the sign says they open at 9 am.

I dropped my phone and broke the screen. I purchased the insurance for the phone. I paid for the insurance upfront in full. It was never explained there was a deductible to replace the phone. I went in Sunday, August 9 and presented my phone to Nasir. He completed the transaction where the insurance was purchased. He stated they didnt have replacement phones in stock, I would need to go through the insurance company which is a separate entity. He stated he could fix the phone for $80-$100. I requested to have the phone repaired instead of paying the $169 deductible for a new phone. I would have to wait for the emplacement to arrive. Nasir said give me one hour. I returned after 1 hour, and I was told it was $100 for the repairs. I asked Nasir why didnt he just tell me the cost would be $100. He said the 4S is $80 and he knew that my phone was a 5C. I just dont understand why he would be deceptive in the pricing. He then said well I only handle the phones and not the repairs. This Verizon store is not customer centric.

This store is happy to sell you whatever you want. Buyer beware, once you leave the store they have your money and will just lead you on. I have worked with all three sales associates, the first "young female " is just a lier. As for the other two one left both receipts in by bag so I had to go back to the store and give one of the copys to him so my account could stay active and the other gentleman charged me twice for an item and I had to go back to the store to get that resolved. Now the issue I have with this store is the "the young female stood me up three times now about a billing Issue, twice the manager was supposed to call me "received no call" and now Im dealing with the store owner. Its been over a month and have made zero progress. This store is a joke. The Old store off rt.40 was the only Verizon I have been in that was helpful. Im looking forward to paying off my three phones and changing providers.

If I could give zero stars I would have. This place is severely lacking in customer service skills from the sales associate to the owner. Nothing but attitude from the sales associate during my 3 visits to the store. She was much more interested it chatting it up with male customers than acknowledging that there were other clients waiting to be helped and when I was able to get her attention she acted like she was doing us a favor by speaking with us. The owner apparently doesnt have daycare and was preoccupied with his kid and told me that the service I had requested wasnt a priority and he would get to whenever he felt like it after I had already waited over 4 hours for something I had been told would take an hour. If these are the kind of people Verizon is letting represent them Im going to seriously consider changing carriers. I will NEVER patronize this location again!

I went to two Verizon stores today, the first one I went to was on w.Patrick st in Frederick M.D. I went there to get my upgrade. The service was terrible and they made me and my babies wait outside for a long time. Anyway after getting my new phone I left to go home to find out they deactivated my old phone and never activated my new phone! So I went to the Verizon store closes to me which is on rt 26 in Frederick M.D. the man that helped me was Asad Agha. He was a very nice gentleman that did everything he could to get my phone working. He went above and beyond customer service, he even gave my 3 kids some juice while they waited for my phone to get activated. I am very appreciative of Asad helping me, and not making me go all the way to the other store to wait outside forever again. I will definitely continue my service at that Verizon store and recommend others to it.

I came into this location and I absolutely loved the experience. The sales reps were warm and welcoming when i walked in the door. They fully explained everything and made sure I had a full and complete understanding of everything before we began anything. They were patient and understanding and worked with me through the whole process. The owner was very kind and the young ladies were very attentive. Best experience ever I wish I could give 100 stars. This is the best Verizon store in frederick. They take time to know and understand their customers needs and help with EVERYTHING that you may need. this is one amazing team

Im not one to write reviews for places because I never think twice about the customer service I got but leaving this verizon retailer I could not have been more happier with the service I received. The associate I believe his name was Asad was very friendly and took his time to make sure I got my phone issue fixed which is definitely a nerve wracking situation for anyone since we are all so attached to our phones these days. Top notch service, I always drove by the store but I am glad I stopped by here when I needed help. Would recommend this business to everyone I know.

Literally the BEST Verizon store in the area! The employees are so helpful, courteous and HONEST! I shopped around at other Verizon stores in the area, and this store gave me the best deals and prices by far! I waited a month to make this review because I wanted to make sure everything was good on my first bill, and it was exactly as expected. I never once felt pressured. My last experience at a different Verizon store, I was told one thing and then when I got my bill... basically it was messs. I am a VERY happy customer and will surly return! Highly Recommend!

Pretty much everything you want out of a good retail experience..easily accessible, very friendly and helpful staff, quick service, lots of choices and someone who can give you a better understanding of those choices. The guy explained to me what I needed to know (about 4GLTE service in my area and why switching to Verizon from T mobile will solve the problem). I took his advice, got the Verizon plan and it worked! No more bad service in my neighborhood. Thank you, Sir! You deserved the review.
