TLDR: 0 stars; stole my money; will NEVER use T-mobile I first spoke with a rep on the phone about getting their service who promised a $150 gift card for porting my number to them, promised that I had full 4g service in my area, and that I would get the new LG G6 shipped to me for $4.20 and would then make low monthly payments on the phone. When the money was charged and he was reading the disclosures, he made it known that the $4.20 was in fact for the sim card kit, NOT for the phone, at which point I tried to cancel but he said it was too late and to cancel later. I went into the store and they informed me that not only was the $150 gift card promotion over the week before, but that I had 0 service in my area, and that they would go ahead and cancel the account and refund my $4.20. They did not. Somehow, even though the account was "cancelled" as of March 30th 2017, on April 13th 2017 I was charged $70 for their service. I had never used the service, the account was cancelled, and I certainly NEVER agreed to have my card filed for automatic payment. Even after calling in 3-4 times and speaking with 3-4 supervisors, they would only agree to refund me the $70 stating that they couldnt see a charge for $4.20. I was going to leave it alone, but then when I got my refund, it was only for $50.81. Why?? I have no clue why they chose such a random number. I finally was able to get them to agree to paying me back the other $23.39, but only after threatening with a lawsuit as I have very clear bank statements proving the charges from T-Mobile and when they occurred. Then they took down my routing and account number to "refund the payment now." Ill let you know what happens; but I suspect that this will turn out in a charge to my account of $23.39, and not a refund for that amount, and when that happens, I will sue them immediately. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay far, FAR away from T-mobile, even if they have 4G LTE in your area, do NOT do it. They will steal from you, and I can only imagine the kind of financial headaches you will be in if you dont have the kind of proof that I had, like the fact that I had never turned the service on and never received the sim-card kit, and my bank statements in order along with date of account closure. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them, and if you are with them, leave as fast as you possibly can.

I hate the renovations. There is nowhere comfortable to sit. I have back pain and a hard square block is not comfortable. The only nice thing is you have somewhere to charge your phone while you wait. But the wait is usually terrible. I had the manager finally call my turn and then he would have me repeat myself at least 3 different times because he was busy monitoring the room and watching the other employees. I finally gave up and told him to keep a watch on the others and forget my issue. And I left, with no apology or nothing.

Be prepared to wait, Went in to sign up to get a new phone had to wait in line for almost an hour just to buy it. Not sure if other locations would be better.
