I gotta say, the crew at our new verzion wireless store was pretty awesome this morning. They helped make lowering our bill easy, were very informative and nice. They gave my toddler a demo phone to play with and blew up a balloon for him too. Super pleasant experience. Best experience Ive had in a phone store. And tomorrow Im going back in to pick up a phone, Ill be alone with little man so they said I could call ahead of time and theyd start getting it ready for me so I wouldnt have to be in the store so long with him.

I came in today with problems with the tablet I bought. I have now resolved the problem with help from Ludin. This young man is very knowledgeable about these products. He was able to multitask beautifully. I had lots of time so I waited while he helped other people, they were able to be seen in a timely manner. I am happy with the help I received. He explained everything so I could understand it. I have gotten good service here since this store opened. Very friendly people.

Was eating @ Angelas next door and decided to come over and check out about getting a new phone. Chatted with James a bit about different phones and he was very up front and honest with me. Didnt feel like he was pushing me in the direction of the most expensive phone.
