Typical Verizon “service”? What started as a straightforward cellphone upgrade (not even making changes to the wireless plan) ended in the most infuriating consumer experience I’ve had. The story is too long to share all the painful details, but the gist is this: after at least 8 phone calls to Verizon reps at this store + Verizon’s “customer service” line (all but one of which initiated by me, not them), I still cannot order an available phone without schlepping back to their store and starting the process over again…a full week after my first visit and assurances that the process was automatic from that point. Communicating mostly with “C.D.”, who is apparently one of their crown jewels (but also with three others at this store), I ultimately gave up and ordered the phone from the Verizon Wireless, bypassing this joint completely. I can’t wait to see their lame “we tried very hard” customer-blaming rebuttal. The bottom line is simple: this place needs to get a few competent folks who give a shirt about their job or go the way of the dodo bird and Radio Shack. Caveat emptor.

STAY AWAY from this store. My son, a minor, went to get a Apple 4S phone repaired. As we were leaving he asked about what we were going to do about the screws? When I inquired he said the repair person said they didnt have any, so their wasnt anything keeping the back of the phone case on even though they charged us $31.15. 20.00 for the phone back and $10.00 for the repair. When we went back inside, the WiGoClinic stated they dont have screws for the phone even though they are a cell phone repair company. I said that was unsatisfactory, sense they didnt have any screws there was nothing holding the back of the phone on. I told them I would like to have the $10.00 fee for maintenance returned due to them not providing any service, they said no. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with VerizonWireless they said there was nothing they could do to help. My son is 11 years old - (a minor) what they did is illegal. I would highly recommend staying away from the store, and Verizon Wireless & the WiGoClinic.

So I came in with my phone broken and I decided to take my moms upgrade instead of paying to fix my phone, which they werent even sure they could fix anyway. Then I decided to take my phone to the Apple Store because I was still under warrenty. They fix it on the spot so I told my mom she could have the upgrade phone that I had already ordered. However when she went to get it there was a mix up with names and she got someone elses phone. Odd I know. So we went in to get our actual phone and it turned out to be super complicated and the Verizon employee AJ was incredibly helpful, bless him. He called corporate and tried everything he could. Finally, we got the phone switched to my moms line and he even got it to where I could upgrade a YEAR EARLY. Definitely recommend.

I just walked in to the store to move to Verizon. The customer service representative mentioned that I cant switch and get $150 credit since Verizon removed the plan of have i-Phone to sign up on Edge. I came home with disappointment and chat with Verizon central location and they said the store was wrong. I called back the store and asked about it, the representative said, their store owner said not to sign up on edge using i-phone. This is ridiculous since they were promoting non-i-phone. Please be aware of this store if you want to get I-Phone and need to get $150 credit. The deal is still on and only this store is not honoring.

This location was great. I went in to get new phones for my wife and I and the staff (particularly the owner) was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble accessing my account due to not remembering what my password was. After trying to log in several times and a couple of phone calls to Verizon to retrieve, they were very patient throughout the process. Once I finally got into my account, the process was pretty smooth in switching the phones. I also got really good deals on the accessories that I bought as well. Definitely will be visiting this store in the future.

Best experience Ive had at a phone store, and one of the most helpful staffs Ive dealt with with Sean and his team! I just had issues with Verizon with my last upgrade, and Sean was extraordinarily helpful (when Verizon was not), had great communication, and went above and beyond to help me resolve my situation that Verizon couldnt fix, and help get me into the phone I wanted. He also helped me the last time I got a phone and truly cares about his customers and making your transaction a smooth and easy experience. 5 stars!

We went to the store to have a new phone activated. There was no wait and we were helped immediately. Shawn was very helpful and patient. He tested the phone and set it up for us. He even suggests we leave it there to finish the setup process while we ate lunch. When we came back, he answered my questions about the various prompts I was getting. He made it a very pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend this store.

Wonderful service! Dylan went above and beyond to help out with our upgrades and new phone for my daughter. Along with his collegues, Dylan was patient, courteous and professional. The staff was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. We got our sons IPhone 6 screen fixed and then bought a screen protector and case that the staff put on for us in a matter of minutes. Elias was awesome and I will definitely be shopping for all of our wireless needs at the Wireless Zone in South Riding going forward.
