Absolutely love these folks! After VW employees at another store failed to believe that the speaker in my phone had a short, these folks took one look at it, and immediately ordered me a replacement phone (it was still under warranty). Then when the phone arrived, I took it back over and they helped me set it up and transfer all appropriate materials from the old phone. What a delight to have helpful intelligent people help you - especially after others in the same company at a different location had virtually blown me off. Thank you, Dulles 28 team!

Not at all pleased with service or Verizon as whole for that matter. Said what they needed to say to get me into contract and then I did not exist even though I had problems with their equipment and services. Have been trying now over 6 weeks to get a problem with account resolved and still nothing. Young sales people do not know product well and are just flying by seat of there pants. pretty sure I am headed back to AT&T service is not that much batter. Customer services is definitely alot worst.

Chantell and Son were great. My screen wouldnt power on and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will be back once I am eligible for an upgrade. Big improvement in the level of customer care from 1 to 2 years ago when I was there. It was very clear that the entire staff was focused on customer care throughout my visit.

I dread to come to this store. Ive had problems with my phone and after 4th visit I was told not to come in anymore and to contact phone manufacturer for help. Everytime I come in here, they are hardly busy, but I sit and wait, and wait ,and wait. Ridiculous!

Fariba gives 110% to her customers no matter what they come in for. She goes above and beyond for her customers and is a wonderful employee to keep part of verizon. She definitely deserves to move up in the company! Go in and see her! You wont regret it.

I love these guys. From Fios to Wireless they are the best. I only wish that they were the main Fios service location. The one in Fair Oaks is terrible.
