So I went there with my tax ID paper from the IRS wanted to open a small business account. I was helped by a Latino guy dont really remember his name. This dude dont know what he was saying. He told me that oh you need to bring an original tax ID paper send by IRS in order to setup. I mentioned to him that IRS sends you a copy of tax id and this is that so what seems to be the problem. He said oh no there is another paper I need to bring. I got so disappointed and came back. I went to Verizon with the same and they got me in with same paper of tax id. They have so unprofessional and un-trained associates there specially in this store who dont really know how to help customer and how to treat business owners. I am never going back there specially to this office and I am never going to have AT&T, they just have lost a business account because of their poor customer service. They suck big time and I would highly NOT recommend this to anyone it is just a waste of time trust me.

My wife and I actually had a great experience at this location. We were greeted quickly even though the store was very busy (6pm on a Friday). Our name was taken and after about a 5-7 min wait, we browsed around the store, a sales associate helped us. We had a lot of questions so she sent us to her colleague who was able to answer all of our questions about billing and hidden fees, essentially all the info that is not available online. Essentially, we were with Verizon and were interested in getting smartphones. The sales rep was good enough to convince us to switch cell providers and pay the extra $ per month for the data plan. Our experience at the Manassas Verizon store in front of Harris Tetter wasnt half as good.

Bad customer service!!! Bought a samsung 7 for Xmas gift, it over heated, gave my daughter 2nd degree burn a few days later. I went to return it to AT&T, and Rodrigo told me I need to contact samsung. He told me that he could not help me. I reminded him of the fact that if I buy a car from a car dealer, Im not going to return it to Ford, Im going to return it to the dealer who sold me a bad car. He told me there was nothing he can do for me. Unbelievable!

nice associate, but she did not know what she was doing. She attempted to sell me on a plan that was worse than the plan that I had. She also attempted to sell an iPhone that I would have paid $500 more than ordering it directly online. My experience was pretty bad. They should better train their associates

the manager passed right by me and didnt even aknowledged me. when i came up to him to purchase a phone he declined to do without buying a plan. not doing business at this store for sure!

Walked in one day to ask about a company discount. All employees were sitting down just playing games on their phones. Terrible customer service. Everyone there should be fired.

Ordered new iphone they were able to move my contacts and hooked me up with new case. The "authorized" dealer stores could not move my contacts. They were fast and friendly.
