In a word "AWESOME" ive had alot of cell phone problems as of late so i tried verizon....from the second i walked in Lara Edwards was like a breathe of fresh air. I waited till i got home to do some research before i wrote this.....Everything Lara told me was the truth and all her recommendations turned out to not only sound good, but were good. Very honest and trustworthy people. Best place to spend your hard earned money hands down. If everywhere i went i met people like lara id enjoy life a little more.

First time weve ever had a great experience at Verizon. It tends to be such a long wait, when weve gone to other locations. Terrence, the new manager, hes making good changes. He made sure we got all of our problems resolved. He took time with us. He helped us save money.
