Exceedingly poor customer service from the store manager, Eugene Huskey. The other two associates were actually very helpful. I went in to upgrade two phones and 3 hours later my wifes phone still didnt work and he somehow managed to disable her current phone. The result, my wife had no way to make or receive phone calls. They told me it would be 48 - 72 hours to be resolved. The store manager lacked both professionalism and technical proficiency. He was arrogant, short-tempered, and lacked even a basic understanding of customer service. I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for 15 years and have never had this type of service. I would recommend anyone who wants a Verizon Wireless device to use another location. Also, keep in mind that this is a "Premium Retailer" they are not actually Verizon Wireless. Once I began to experience a problem, there was a lot of finger pointing between the Premium Retailer and Verizon Wireless.

This place has recently come under new management and I bought a Galaxy Note 3 from them yesterday. Brian (store manager) and Xavier were very helpful with any questions I had about the Verizon Edge plan or my new bill features. The day before I was there just looking around and Brian analyzed my bill and figured out that he could save me 25% off my bill. Well its obvious that I was super pleased and he moved me to the new plan. I was so happy with the service that I went back the next day (yesterday) to buy a new phone given mine had recently broke. Again they answered all of my questions and the service was the best service Ive had at any cell phone store. The service is very personable and quick. Xavier and Brian were very knowledgeable and I plan to go back when my wife needs a new phone.

Terrible, but consistent with my experiences at other Verizon stores. My wife came here a week ago to get a new phone after the screen on her old phone was damaged. The salesperson lied to her about the release date of the iPhone7 being pushed to December. He then misleadingly told her to pick out three accessories, as they were "included with the phone." Of course, he put the overpriced screen protector on her phone before handing us the bill, at which point we realized he upsold her on some accessories package that she didnt want. This will probably be the last time either of us visit a Verizon store.

Stopped in the other day to see why my bill was so high, after some tedious time I had spent over at the Dulles Verizon (theyre terrible!) To top it off, the gentleman over at Dulles only wanted to rush me out the door!! Not the case here, the reps here made a very good first impression on my wife and I (she was feeling very anxious at this point), made us feel very welcome and treated us like more than just another sale. Definitely will be coming back when its time to get my youngest one a phone for sure!

This was by far the best Verizon experience Ive had. Myles, my sales rep, was personable and knowledgable. Monty, the store manager, was helpful and tried to get the best deal available. Both men were patient with me as it took over 4 hours to backup data (due to the fact that I didnt have my password). Myles even offered to get me coffee on his break! Its the first time Ive had a truly positive experience at a store - I will definitely be back and recommend the store to others!

This is the worst Verizon Wireless store in the area! The manager is rude and has short man complex.He is the real JERK as theey charge for services that are FREE from the other Verizon Wireless store right down the street at the Ashburn Plaza store.The Ashburn Plaza store is FIRST CLASS, New and GREAT service!! I always ask for Danish of Steve as the no what there products and are very nice! Buyer beware with this store as they are 35% higher in price!! Regards , Frankie

Jorge Valladares from Ashburn Commons Plaza is highly knowledgeable about all items in the store. He guided me to right phone for me and suggested the appropriate accessories. Jorge took the time to explain all aspects of my new beautiful Samsung S8 Plus, including adding my emails and training the Bixby feature. To top it off, I was eligible to receive a free S3Classic watch! Jorge treated me with respect and patience. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Treated by Stavros Pehlivanidas and Danish Chand like my tech savvy sons. They helped me file claims (3), ouch, over 3 months and never made me feel like a stupid senior. I was even convinced to upgrade to the Iphone 5. My, I am cool. Both these young men are not only competent, but they also have great people skills. I love to go in this store...Okay, Stavros, Ill try not to have to. xo

Lost my phone Friday and was incredibly frustrated. Saturday morning the employee working was extremely polite and helpful and put in my insurance claim with me. Then on Tuesday came in for assistance with reactivation and a different team member not only guided me through the steps but was extremely polite and social as well. One of my best experiences in a cell store. Bravo Verizon!

Gene really helped me out today, went out of his way to help me with an insurance claim. It was super easy thanks to him. On top of that he took care of my issue with my tablet AND gave me a discount on an accessory I purchased. I was in and out very quickly to top it off! Awesome service!

I agree with the previous comments. The kid who "helped" me seemed like he could care less and while the store was empty he didnt want to transfer data from my old Verizon phone to the new. I lost a lot of pictures and it was the same carrier. Less than helpful and way overpriced.

Whoever answers the phone at this location had no idea what they were talking about. Dont plan on getting any good information from this store over the phone. Answered with "uhh Hello" then proceeded to give um n huh as answers. Finally hung up and called another store.

The team here is great. They took the time to see what phone and plan best fit my needs. After doing this they made sure I knew how to use my phone and everything was transferred to it. My wife and I will be back to get our kids phones in the next year or so.
