I recently stopped into this Verizon location with just a few questions about switching carriers and getting a new phone. The guys that work at the store spent 3 hours with me figuring out which plan and phone would work best for me. They were very knowledgeable about their products and services and left nothing unanswered. I usually avoid these local stores and go directly to the source like Apple in Reston. However, the associates at the store made my experience easy and unforgettable in that they originally didnt have my phone, so they drove to another store to get it for me and it was waiting for me the next day. Not many places go above and beyond anymore, but this place has earned their stars and stripes. I will definitely continue doing business with Verizon Wireless in Ashburn Village. I would recommend them to any of my friends wanting to do business with Verizon.

After a string of bad luck with cell phone malfunction and loss, I had the fortune to meet two great Verizon employees, Steve and Danish, at Verizon Wireless. They were professional and patient. I didnt feel condescended to even though my lack of tech savvy put me in the "square" category. They took the time to teach me and to offer me options that required multiple phone calls to other departments. They actually helped me to move up my anniversary date so I could qualify for the new I-Phone and advised me on how best to insure this product. I look forward to seeing them again. These guys are modern employees with old-fashioned customer relations. If I could adopt a couple more sons, these would be the ones. Thanks, Ms. J.

Went into this store to see about purchasing two Galaxy Note 4s, one for my fiance and one for me. The sales rep, who I will not name, sold me two Note 4s, and yes they were full retail because we both have unlimited data. When I got home, I opened the first box, all brand new. The second box had wear, opened it up and revealed the phone had no protective plastic, battery already installed, none of the accessories in the box had bags, the phone itself had grime between the screen and the frame... this was a used phone. And he charged me full retail for it, saying it was new. Needless to say I wont be going here again. Very unethical to sell a used phone claiming its new and still charge me full price for it. Buyer beware.

My review for Verizon Wireless in Ashburn Shopping Plaza is excellent. Jason and Myles spent hours with me going over my plan, and in getting a new phone. They patiently waited while we tried to work on the phone with Verizon to get me the best deal. Myles and Jason went over the costs and showed me the breakdown so there were no surprises. Both were pleasant and professional. Verizon Wireless gave me a better deal on my phone, which Myles showed me how to set up and even helped me set up to the Bluetooth in my vehicle, and gave me additional accessories at an extreme discount that was to my satisfaction. This truly is the best and only Loudoun Verizon Wireless store that I will go to.

Please stay away from this store. They completely botched my order, then blamed me and hid behind “company policy” to cover their mistake. They did not respond to phone calls or emails. I had to physically go to the store just to ask about the order status. Once it was clear they had failed to actually place the order, their resolution was to start over and resubmit the order (it had already been 4 weeks). They said they could get a new phone in about 3 more weeks and offered a free accessory. I declined. I called Verizon myself and they are going to ship the same phone today. It will arrive tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and work with Verizon, not this store.

This is the best Verizon Store I have been to. The Sales Reps (Khari Ullah and Ghazi) were awesome. They knew what they were doing and had fun (humorous banter, jokes, and stories) while doing it. I got my upgrade, added a line, added my GF to my plan, and left without feeling like I had to do anything, they called customer service and all I had to do was say YES and provide personal information. They set my phone up, Note 3, which was great cause it is an overwhleming phone lol and showed me some of the features, even informed of must have apps. Def go here, they will take care of you and will actually do what is best for you.

I was going to buy a new ipad from Best Buy. I decided to stop into this verizon store to see if they had any. I told Ghazi that i wasnt too thrilled about paying $700 for a new Ipad. he checked some things on his computer and told me about the edge program. I could get the new ipad but the edge program let me pay for it every month for 2 years so i only spent $40 in store for it. plus he explained that with the edge program i can get the newest Ipad every 18 months. definitely recommend this location to anyone tired of high pressure sales environments

By far the best Verizon Wireless store Ive been to. The two gentlemen that helped me out were very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure I was a satisfied customer The VZ store in the Wegmans shopping center is usually packed, and all the associates (in my experience, anyway) were not nearly as helpful, patient (maybe due to the Wegmans location always being packed), or as knowledgeable as the two gentlemen I interacted with at this location. Would absolutely recommend this VZ store over others in the NOVA area

Was looking into switching carriers from my previous one (AT&T) I knew nearly nothing about this process. When I entered the Verizon store, the person working there (I believe his name was Amol) was kind, cooperative, patient, and thorough. I did actually end up switching to Verizon and Amol made my first time in a Verizon store a really great experience. Im sure all their employees are good but all Im saying is- if you ever go to the Verizon store at this location: definitely ask for Amol.

Talk about a Verizon store that actually CARES about their customers! They helped my grandma upgrade to iPhone 4, and then the sales rep actually took an hour to help her learn how to use it!!! People of google in the ashburn/sterling area, come to this Verizon Wireless store. They will take care of you with no attitudes !!! Just ask for Stavros, he was very helpful in setting up me and my grandmas iPhone. 5 Star Review for Excellent Service!!!

Monty and the staff were great and very helpful. Went to the Verizon Store off Waxpool Road by Wegmans and didnt receive good service they just wanted to sign me up for a new contract without answering my questions or working with me. Went to Montys store and it was great he answered all my questions and helped my wife transfer her phone data from her old phone to new one. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

By far the best experience I have had at any Verizon store in the DMV region in years. A very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I was referred to this store by a colleague of mine earlier this month, and no regrets whatsoever. Both Mr. Rizvi and Mr. Abuzar have quite the expertise and knowledge of the various products on the shelf and soon to come. Very well managed and time efficient! Definitely a go-to Verizon store.
