My boyfriend and I walked in last night to see if I could get an upgrade. Ive been to other verizon stores in the past and they have been able to attempt to give me an early upgrade. We walked in about 730 and there was 2 employees there. One male and one female. The woman asked me what she could help me with and I told her I wanted to see when I could upgrade my phone. She instantly got snotty with me asked me what it said on the website and what phone I wanted and after I told her she said no we cant give you an upgrade. She didnt even look! So I began to look around at the phones. While looking around the woman looked at me said we close in 5 minutes. The male working with the other customer, was starting to get frustrated with the girl he was working with and started to get mad at her because HER PHONE WOULDN"T WORK! This certain location I would NEVER go back to and next time, I will stick with who I normally go to. Ive had nothing but bad experiences and at this point Im thinking about switching carriers.

Worst experience ever! I have owned an I Phone 7 for 31 days. It has been replaced once. I have been on the phone countless times with Verizon, been to the store twice. The second time I came in I worked with a wonderful guy named Joey that encouraged me to try another 7 hoping I just had a lemon. He said to just come back if it doesnt work and we can work out something out to get a different phone. I go in today 12/5 and the "manager" said I have had it too long and he will not do anything other than have a 7 sent to me through the warranty....well why would I want another 7 if two of them have had issues? He then told me I just need to go to an Apple store. I can not imagine telling a customer to hang on to their phone passed the time they will allow a swap out and then saying "oh well, you are past the time we can help you...31 days is too long"......Buyer beware! Do not go to the Verizon store by Wegmans in Leesburg...you will be ripped off.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had with the company and with getting a phone. Ive been here three times in the past 3 months and every time, I am greeting promptly at the door, given excellent, helpful service, and out of there in a hour. Even two days before Christmas, and the day after, I did not have a long wait (20 min is not long for me). The manager came up to me to tell me that I still had two people in front of me in line but that it would not be much longer. That was a good move- I was impressed. Im sorry that the other reviewer had a bad experience but I was able to upgrade two days before my date (my bud Darrell there confirmed that you can go in 7 days before hand). Signed up for the Edge program and got the new Galaxy Note 4 and only had to pay for the accessories. I send everyone here and we are always pleasantly surprised at how expeditious this corporate location is. Thank you so much!

Galaxy S7 note was coming out soon so we walked in to inquire about switching from At&t to Verizon. Joey Melon was helping us by answering all our questions in a patient and professional manner. We left the store feeling certain that we were making the right decision by going with Verizon.

Went in for a new phone for my wife . Told them what I was l looking for a phone or plan. They ported my wifes number, got a new phone in less than 30 minutes. Richard was pleasant and answered the questions quickly and concisely. He made me look good and wife said it was painless.
