My experience in this store was awesome. It started from the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by all associates. I was very frustrated with my bill. At many other Verizon stores, I felt like just a number because I wasnt buying a phone. I just wanted to see what options I had on lowering the monthly bill. Not only did they care about my issue, but were proactive on going over my plan options to lower my bill, informed me of work discounts that I was eligible for but no one ever took the time to figure it out. I know this may seem like a small deal, but for me; this store deserves a award for hospitality and customer service. This is my only store that I will visit no matter what. My salesman name was Ben, but all employees there were GREAT! ~Thanks Verizon for putting together such a great team.

I went to a few other verizon stores around the area to get help with setting up my cox email and i always received sub par service. The usual responses were either I call the 1800 number or contact my cable provider. I tried both solutions and they both FAILED, horribly! So I decided to give verizon another shot and ended up seeing all the great reviews for this new location. I went in and was immediately approached by Mohammed who was very friendly and welcoming. He had a great sense of humor while really looking into possible solutions for my problem. After a 30 minutes of searching and trying he finally got it to work and i was beyond thrilled. So anyone looking for a personal, friendly and REAL service should visit my new friend Mohammed and his staff at this great location.

I got an "upgrade". New smart phone. I continually miss calls. Im right next to the phone. I had 3 important phone calls go directly to voice mail. The phone never rang. The temperature on my phone always says 55 degrees. Its below freezing outside. It used to say 41degrees all the time. I stopped into the new Verizon store in Gainesville, VA. The guy adjusted the temperature and now it says 55 instead of 41 degrees. The gas app worked at first. Now it just says "Sorry We Are Out Of Gas" which makes no sense. The guy at the store fixed that, as well. If the employees of the Verizon store cant work the phone there is no hope for me. The old flip phone worked a lot better than this one.

Went into this location after visiting another that had just too long of a wait to speak with a sales rep. What a joke, I walked in, there were 2 cubicles in the middle of the floor, both had customers sitting at them, one with a sales rep helping the other she was waiting for the rep to finish up with something. There was also a customer waiting. Still had not yet been greeted. I sat down and waited, 5 minutes, 11 minutes, 18 later someone finally acknowledged me (as I was standing up to leave) to let me know theyd be with me shortly. Dont bother, first, I was concerned about your idea of short when I waited almost 20 minutes just for a greeting. Ill go elsewhere!

I went in depressed thinking nothing will work ever again. The Manager Mohammed help me out with my outrageous bill and hooked me up with a brand new Galaxy Samsung S4. I never felt so comfortable buying a phone. He was very kind and respectful. Highly recommend everyone to go there. This Verizon Wireless knows what they are doing!!! All in all I have to give this visit an A+, as normally other locations have been sub par in some categories. I will continue to do business in this store.

My phone wasnt working and Joshua Nieves helped me right away. Called customer service and I was back in track and my phone working. Josh was very respectful, helpful, and has a great people personality. Danish Ahmed and Josh helped me to get to go on safari to access things I couldnt. Just moved to this area and this experience was humbling and appreciated. Thanks Josh and Danish!!!

I dont know her name but the young girl that works in the morning was nothing more than unhelpful and lazy when it came to customer service. Didnt want to do anything but sit on her stool and tell me what I could do when I get home so she wouldnt have to. I would recommend that you drive to manassas or switch to different to a pre paid phone before dealing with her.

Julio Lemus was a fantastic example of a store manager. He was not only polite, helpful, and knowledgeable but had no problem assisting me quickly and accurately. I appreciate that kind of customer service and person on general. Thank you because the last manager that was there a few years back didnt leave that tupé of impression on me.

Only 2 sale persons, who were with 2 customers. Took an hour just to be seen. I only needed my info transferred to my new phone from the old phone. The salesman mentioned it would only take 20 mins and they would be right with me. But I was sitting there for an hour. Im a patient customer, but this was insane. Not cool.

Im not a very tech savy person, so when i was having issues with my tablet, I strolled on over to the local Verizon store where a Brian was able to help me out and teach me a thing or two. He seemed very knowledgeable and a was able to make an otherwise stressful ordeal very helpful and informative. 5 stars all around.

We went to this store only needing some minor adjustments to our existing phones. Donald, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us and saved us some money as well. I went to this store after leaving a different Verizon Wireless store in frustration. Was greeted with a smile and handshake, and received great customer service. The sales rep went above and beyond my expectations to resolve my issue, to include facilitating Verizon Wireless tech support. Absolutely fantastic!

Excellent service. Was not a customer of Verizon, but was not turned away. Julio Lemus took time to help me figure out how to get my new phone set up with the data transfer from my old phone, and ensured I was taken care of to protect my new investment. I strongly recommend this store. Very helpful!

Julio went above and beyond. My phone quit working and he let me use a backup phone until my new one arrived from Asurion. Very helpful...I live closer to other Verizon stores, but opt to drive a little farther to this one for better and friendlier service...I wont go anywhere else!!!!!!

Went for a upgrade and it was a easy transation. They got me the best value for my old phone. More money on my only phone than any other store ive been to recently. I appreciate that and the effort Syed put into getting me an early upgrade. Great people overall, fun environment.

Donald Hannahs and his staff were very accommodating to our needs and spent a good amount of time with us to work together. We appreciate the amount of time with each visit they spent with us. Their customer service is up there with Nordstrom!
